I (27F) have a large port-wine stain birthmark that covers about 40% of my face. I've had it since birth and while I used to be insecure about it, I've learned to accept and even love this part of myself. I don't wear makeup to cover it anymore and haven't for years.
My sister (29F) is getting married next month to her fiancé (31M). Yesterday, she came over to "discuss wedding details" but really it was an ambush. She told me that as her bridesmaid, I need to wear heavy-duty makeup to cover my birthmark completely because she "doesn't want it to distract from her special day" and "ruin the wedding photos."
I was shocked. I told her absolutely not - this is my face, and I won't cover it up for anyone anymore. She started crying and saying I was being selfish, that every bride deserves to have perfect photos, and that I was making her wedding about myself by refusing. She said all her other bridesmaids agreed with her (they're apparently all worried I'll "stick out" in photos).
Our mom is split - she says while my sister's request is insensitive, it IS her wedding day and I should consider just doing it "for a few hours to keep the peace." But I feel like giving in would be betraying myself and everything I've worked towards in accepting my appearance.
My sister is now threatening to remove me from the bridal party if I don't comply, and half our family is blowing up my phone saying I'm being difficult and should just wear the makeup. The other half is defending me but it's causing a huge rift.

Bzw. wie bekomme ich diesen Kalender einigermaßen fest an eine Wand?
Ok, ein bisschen blöd komme ich mir schon vor, aber ich blicke diese Aufhängungsvorrichtung einfach nicht. Auch online finde ich vom Hersteller (Zettler Kalender) dazu gar nichts.
Ich brauche den Kalender eigentlich nur für ein Filmprojekt und möchte ihn dafür fix an die Wand hängen und ohne ihn festhalten zu müssen ein Blatt abreissen. Daher wäre mir es eben schon wichtig, dass er stabil an der Wand hält.
Den Verbindungssteg könnte ich etwas rausbiegen, trotzdem sitzt der Kalender dann nur locker auf dem Nagel und kann runterrutschen. Sobald ich ein Blatt abreissen möchte, biegt sich der ganze Kalender nach unten...? Ich könnte auch die ganze Rückseite nach oben biegen, aber irgendwie glaube ich nicht, dass das so gewollt ist.
Vielleicht hat ja jemand schon einen ähnlichen Kalender oder Bilderrahmen mit so einer Aufhängung und irgendwie eine Ahnung. :D

I have been reading a lot .... and if i'm not mistaken using an external monitor via HDMI is always be used the dGPU??? Can I switch (Mux Switch available?) to iGPU for basics tasks? my tasks will be always Youtube,browsing so I don't need everytime the rtx3050 running , its not possible to use the iGPU for easy tasks and the dGPU for gaming using the HDMI? or may I use the USBC dp connector ?
