Hi community, Earlier I was going 3-4 days of cult HRX but few months ago, I decided to do proper gym with 1 organ a day. I do chest, back, shoulders, arms and legs. That's five days. Somedays I would do core exercises at home or skip and take a rest day. Now I want to integrate cardio (cult dance or something) and yoga too as I enjoy the meditative part of it.
Following is my idea of making 10 day program and repeating thrice in a month, instead of weekly repeats.
Day 1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Cardio Day 4: Legs Day 5: Core Day 6: Yoga Day 7: Rest Day 8: Arms Day 9: Rest Day 10: Cardio
Please review this. Do you guys do separate core or just a bit with everyday? Also how do you integrate with cardio at gym. I feel running on treadmill for long is boring but I also want to finish workout within reasonable time. Also suggest any other ordering.

I made a post some time ago about the calculation methods used when figuring out G&E usage.
this was the post - LAST POST
After much back and forth I get reports back and see that I should have received over the course of 3 years now over 3000 euros back in payment. And I am glad that this is now clear.
But when I am looking at the report, I see that the reports from 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 state apartment 1 and then 2024-2025 it states 1A. Is it allowed to show this not separate apartments on each report?
The landlord says, that the meters numbers correspond with my apartment so it does not matter which apartment number is being reflected there. And the landlord came to my house to see which meter is for which apartment by turning the gas on. But this whole situation does not feel comfortable to me. The transparency is about as transparent as frosted glass.
u/Liquid_disc_of_shit sent me a PDF on how this calculation is done. I am working through this to better understand everyhting.
And I think what would help to understand the payments made VS usage is to see where the money is going.
Do annual reports show usage for each month? and it is within my rights to request this information if I do not have it?
