 | So I’m in the process of buying one of these optics for my Q boombox. My buddy Jordan from q recommended. I try one of these out on the boom box.. my question is so I see there are three different models is the only one that has an illuminated retical the $2400 one or are the other ones illuminated when you turn them on ? I’m kind of confused. Are u able to turn the reticle on all of them?? Or what.. This is my first mark5 I’ve ever purchased and I don’t wanna make a very expensive mistake and don’t feel like having to go through the return process if I order the wrong one.  | Failed for "shows signs of tampering" So small i didnt notice when i was boxing em up/taking pics. I verified with my pictures the tiny scuff mark was present before sending. As if id do that on 'purpose'..looks like a factory flaw pencil mark or something. These are DS and came right from snkrs. Ive received much much worse flaws..marks from purchases from stockx. I asked if they could could contact buyer & see if they would accept them with flaw at a discount..was denied. 4 other pairs i bulk shipped passed tho. 2025.01.21 23:59 Sol33t303 How to configure networkmanager to only use wireguard VPN for a certain subnet of receiving addresses?
My networking knowledge isn't the greatest and I'm having issues grokking the networkmanager manpage on how to do this. I have a VPN that I use to connect back home as I have some services that I run on my desktop. However the latency is very big (~500ms) as my mikrotik router I belive has to connect to a mikrotik server somewhere in europe from Australia to punch through my ISPs CGNAT.
As you might imagine, 500ms latency can make some things feel pretty bad, websites with a lot of chatty javascript in particular really don't like my setup. So I need to find a way to not route packets not destined for my homes subnet through the VPN. I'd like to know how I can configure this in nmtui as thats what I use.
FYI my home subnet is 192.168.88.0/24, any packets not destined for that IP I don't want going through the VPN.

2025.01.21 23:59 DICE821 Why Does My Mind Feel Bad?
Curious is anyone can give me insight to why my mind is feeling this way. For the last several months, I've struggled to have a clear, good feeling mind. It all got really bad after I had a panic attack out of the blue, which left me feeling disassociated for days. It's almost as if my mind isn't perceiving the world around me properly anymore. I would say 50% of my days, my mind feels "bad" as if I'm coming down off of a drug. On top of this, I've also developed chronic sleep issues. (You can see what I'm talking about in my post history). On top of this, I've lost a lot of motivation to do the things I used to love doing because they made me happy.
I feel like I have ok weeks and bad weeks, but I'm getting very frustrated at this point because neither my doctor, my sleep doctor, or neurologist (although I'm apparently going to a sleep neurologist soon) can identify why I'm experiencing these issues. They have told me it's "anxiety" but I'm convinced at this point my brain chemistry is just out of whack. In the last several months I've kept my anxiety very low, and have been improving my diet, but nothing has solved this. Does anyone relate? Or have an idea what it might be?

I’m trying to assess if my leader is micromanaging because she fears a lack of control, if she genuinely doesn’t trust her team, or if she is being led in a way that evokes fear.
I just started a new role - hired with a C-Level title. In 6 weeks, I’ve been allowed to do almost nothing … not even sending an email… without her approval and oversight. The rest of the team operates this way, too.
Irritated is the emotion, belittled is the perception, and “why the fuck did you hire me if you don’t want me to work” is what I want to say.
I’m sensing this is the first time she has led a leader…

 | I saw a great deal on some 40t direct mount apex xsync chainrings and snagged a few. Wanted to upload some photos and see what people thought on the differences between the two. I don't have a Rival chainring so I can't compare that one in this lineup. The teeth have less machining on the them especially the small ones. Now, I’m preparing to move back to the U.S., specifically to San Antonio, TX. (or Eagle Pass, Tx)
I’ve been searching for sales, business development, and account executive roles. I have 11 years of experience in sales, including the past 7 years as a sales manager for a supplement company. Additionally, I hold a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management. (also bilingual)
Despite months of searching on LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter, I’ve had no luck securing interviews. Most offers I’ve received are commission-only roles with insurance companies (I've worked in insurance before, not my kind of gig). While I’d prefer a position with a base salary plus commissions, I’m getting a bit desperate and open to other suggestions. (also had some bad experiences with devilcorps)
I’m aiming for earnings of around at least $80K OTE. I understand many sales professionals earn $100K+ eventually, though not typically in their first year.
Do you have any recommendations for where to look, which companies or industries might be a good fit? Thank you in advance for your help!
