Hello fellow gardeners,
First time joining and posting here (also very new to gardening).
I have recently bought a house that needs a bit of TLC. I have attached an image of the front yard where we will be fixing up the short brick front wall and removing the metal section from it. Our house is north facing and I was hoping to grow a beautiful white flower bush behind the brick wall that will be as long as the wall. My thoughts of a hydrangea bush is not possible due to too much sun but I was wondering what you would recommend/what you would do to that front yard?
Ideally I was hoping to have some summer flowers and some winter flowers so the place looks more "homely" all throughout the year and give it a welcoming look.
Would love some honest opinions :)

Hi everyone,
I purchased a home this year and received a Mortgage Credit Certificate. I received two 1098 forms, one from my mortgage broker amount that includes the Loan origination fee in box 6, and the other from the current owner of my mortage that details all the interest paid in box 1.
My question is whether or not the origination fee can be included in box 1 of Form 8396. The instructions say that "in most cases" this is the amount from box 1 of the 1098 but isn't more specific than that.
I can find plenty of information out there about whether that amount is deductible, but pretty much nothing about it being used to calculate the MIC. It amounts to a few hundred dollars difference on my return so I'd really like to make sure I'm doing this right. Any help or thoughts would be really appreciated!

Hi, i have read that sometimes people can hear more or less clear high pitch noises (like pure tone 8000 Hz,etc) if they hold their phone at a certain angle, or turn head/ears at certain specific angles.
But the question is...why it happens?
Seems that this thing is with both ears (because you can tell that 'one ear listen the sounds, other don't..but seems that if they close with fingers left and then right ear it I the same thing).
But I don't understand why it is possible. If someone is deaf at certain frequencies he can't hear it in any angles.
Seems like ears can hear these sounds only in certain angles of a '3D sound space'.
The question is..why?

I recently posted about lagging on faceit and not MM or other games, and a helpful user told me to disable HPET, but I am still seeing weird loss and jitter much higher than the normal max jitter i see, and players hitching around(as shown in video). Ive tried resetting my router and Modem, to no success. Has anyone else experienced this? I played a premier right after and the max jitter i got the whole match was 33- is there anything else anyone recommends or am I just fried on Faceit? i will try to ask around other communities to see if anyone else has any solutions.
