First and foremost great job to everyone killing it out there in their respective fields. I am looking for advice or insight on what I can be doing to increase my income. I am a 24/M making $18.50/hr working 40HRS a week 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with weekends off. I have medical dental vision under this company but as of right now this company does not offer a match for the 401K. I live in NJ and work in the cannabis industry. It’s a relatively new industry that has just recently been legalized. I make edible gummies and chocolate bars from scratch and we distribute them to a number of dispensaries across the state. $18.50/hr is not ideal I know. Though my last job I was making $15.00/hr and hated it. I am very passionate about the cannabis industry and went from medicating patients illegally to now legally medicating them so I enjoy the work I am doing. I also just passed 4 months of sobriety after being a heavy user of marijuana products and drinking tequila. Coming up on 3 years without the vape as well. I recently just lost my car so I am paying my coworker $55/ week for rides to and from this job. I was a college drop out that went back to school and graduated 8 months ago with a 3.61 GPA. I started this cannabis job immediately after graduating college. I hope someone can help me figure out ways to increase my income with my current circumstances. I pay my own rent, groceries, phone bill, etc. During college I racked up $12,000 in credit card debt that I will be attacking with a vengeance to clear that up but it’s tough with the high APR% and only bringing in $2,200 take home per month. I appreciate any suggestions or insights!

Hello all. I’m leaving on a cruise from Athens on June 15th. I’d like to arrive 2-3 days ahead of time. Flights from LAX are a bit more expensive than I anticipated, so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about getting creative by maybe adding a stop somewhere else and spending a couple days in another European city before taking another shorter flight to Athens?
