Its 4:30 in the morning. My tears are painted all over my face. You're running around in my head making a mess of me. We're over. We're not together. You can't take back all the words you said. I can't erase what I'd read and heard. Let's not repeat this cycle. I'm a source of disagreements and displeasure. All i wanted was to be your safe space. Your have different wants and needs, I don't fit that. So don't ever pursue me again. You can't say you're in love with me and then cut me off two days after. Don't expect me to trust you again. I'm not your person. I go through my day fine, i keep my calm. But when I'm done with all my work and I get some time to breathe, you're all that I think about.

Hello fellow owners of this board. I'm currently in the process of upgrading from a ryzen 5 1600 to either one of 5700x3d or 5700x, and i have a few questions.
Can someone give me a little walkthrough to how to do the bios updates in order since i'm on f3 if i remember correctly?
Also, i heard that the 5700x3d peaks at 3.99 GHz on this board. Would you recommend that i still go with the 5700x3d or downgrade to the 5700x?
Note: I plan to use the pc mostly on gaming and editing, but from time to time something code and ai training relalted.

Does anyone else feel absolutely no motivation to achieve a HD simply because you earning a HD yields no formal recognition whats so ever?
Take honours for example, at least if you score an 85+ you're recognised by honours class 1. Get a HD in a non-honours degree, and you will graduate with distinction, just like someone else who just scraped a 75.
At least in the US, there is the recognition during your graduate ceremony, Summa Cum Laude etc. here we have nothing. I just think its a bit of a shame honestly...

Apologies if this has been asked before, but google failed me. Anywho, there are certain non-unique items that you come across, usually gained from the rewards of a story mission occasionally or dropped by 'extremely rare monsters' potentially, which pointedly have a italicized description - unlike any other common / magic / rare item, just like uniques, except they aren't classified as unique.
For example, after completing Sister Octavia's questline in Kyovashad during Act 1, you're awarded with the rare focus (regardless of class) "Sister Octavia's Prayer Book", which has the unique name and an italicized description despite not being unique: "A well-loved book of litanies, prayers and psalms. Certain words are underlined, perhaps due to a deeply personal significance to those passages. The soft leather cover is strangely cold to the touch."
Thing is, there's quite a few of these - guessing at least 1.5 stash tab's worth. Question is, are *any* of them worth hanging onto, or have some particular utility beyond lore?

I started it about 8 days ago for my methane SIBO, and I haven’t had much of an appetite at all for the last 5 days. I also feel really full after taking just a few bites of a meal.
It doesn’t seem to be a main side effect listed for the medication when I google it. Has anyone else had this?
