[M, 165cm, 72kg] I feel like I should continue to bulk but I hate how puffy my face is Started to bulk mid November 2024, I was skinny fat (from 67kg), Im happy to have outgrown some of my clothes but I hate how puffy my face is, my double chin is starting to become visible and my jawline is no longer visible when viewed from the side (currently about 22% BF).
I plan to bulk for another month before cutting, or should I continue the bulk longer?

Now that season 3 has been allegedy announced to be released as of late, I wanted to talk about some elements of the series - starting with the concept of dealers

Momoka and Asahi, pivotal characters in Alice in Borderland, are revealed to be "dealers," individuals coerced pehraps into orchestrating and supervising games in the Borderlands where their survival seems to depend on their compliance. However, this role turns them into indirect agents of death, complicit in the system that preys on other players. Their roles add a layer of complexity to the narrative, raising questions about free will, morality, and the cyclical nature of life and death as well as how one becomes a dealer and what final result this means when linked back to the real world. So here are some of my questions as someone who hasn't finished reading the manga and is open to spoilers by any means if anyone has any answers!
1. What Motivates the System to Create Dealers?
Why does the Borderland system require participants to act as dealers? Is it a mechanism to ensure complicity and spread guilt, or is it a test of moral resilience
3. Why do dealers have to try and 'kill' people?
In the video recording, Momoka says 'a lot of people have died because of us', not only do they go to supervise but they mention 'we made sure many players died' in order to manipulate the games but why? What's the point of this as a lot of games seem to be based of merit or just pure luck - so why would the system want dealers to come in and purposefully sabotage the outcome?
2. Does the role of dealers tie closely to the randomness of the meteor strike in the real world?
Just as the meteor arbitrarily determined who lived and died, does the system of the Borderland places individuals into roles that often leave them with no choice such as dealers? or are these roles perhaps something individual players choose for themselves at some point similar to choosing 'citzenship at the boarderlands' like in the end scene? If not, what happens to dealers once the game has been completed? do they also get to choose to go back?
I have a lot more questions but these are just a few about the dealers specfically. The scene where they're in that room full of a bunch of screens really altered my perspective of the show as you can expect and I still have difficulties connecting everything in a way where it makes somewhat sense.

smoking break going well! hii i’m a 23f who has been smoking more or less everyday for the at least the past 2 years and in december last year i decided enough is enough and that i needed to seriously cut down my usage. i’ve tried cutting down or quitting cold turkey before but my self restraint was sooo weak that i either kept going back and telling myself that ‘after this one i’ll stop’ and never did or would stop for like a day or two and then restart full force.
but i’m pleased to share that my dry january is going well and i’ve made it to 20 days weed free!! i’m so happy and proud of myself and everyone’s posts on this sub is so encouraging. this time away from it has also made me realise how much i sucked at emotional regulation without it and that i was basically just using it to numb myself 24/7. the boredom without it was ENDLESS but after the first few days i was able to reconnect with hobbies that i used to love like reading and actually interacting with my friends rather than isolating myself.
i have 10 days left until I’ve completed a whole month and whilst i am still planning to smoke after this, I have definitely learnt that i don’t need to be high all the time and moderation is definitely key!

Do you think the smell of bleach could kill my canary? I moved him to the bathroom then to my bedroom and opened the windows, but this was a half hour later.
