That game was awesome, and with today’s graphics and gameplay mechanics that game could be rock solid. I know Silicon Knights has gone out of business, but Nintendo should own the IP and should be able to remake this game.

2025.01.22 00:35 Weak_Sun1586 Help with my pc no video input on any monitor i try connect to it
To cut a long story short essentially my pc is refusing to show any video input at all . I have tried to ensure inhave plugged everything in correctly and used different monitors and hdmi cables with no luck at all. My pc does turn on and everything its only the monitor that continously says no video input. Before this on occasion whilst gaming it would just cut off with the no video input blank screen I am not finding anywhere that could help with this so was wondering whether anyone knew any possible solutions?

Hey everyone,
As I'm sure many of you have seen today, plenty of subs (with user support) have decided to move away from X as an allowed submission link in their communities. The mod team has been reached out to in modmail and there have been a few threads asking for the change, so we wanted to more formally reach out soliciting feedback.
Obviously some recent developments expedited the switch, but over the past few months a number of big subs (for example, formula1) were already starting to move away from that platform for usability reasons. Without an account direct links to X won't let you view replies/context for tweets, and may not let you view the content at all. Making the change would have some growing pains (community managers and content creators are still predominantly on X) but if this is something that has support then we'd do our best to enforce it.
Possibilities:
- Ban X direct links while allowing tweet screenshots (would also make sense to require a tweet in the comments as proof the image isn't fake)
- Allow X but prefer screenshots, direct links, and alternative social media if the same content exists elsewhere/is posted within a reasonable amount of time
- No change in moderation

Hi all, I am hoping to find some advice to help 3.5 year old boy with potty training.
My nephew is coming to stay with me for a month whilst his mum sorts herself out, he was potty trained back in November, however had not been consistently accident free yet and had a few accidents over Christmas mainly in the car, back then he wasn’t telling anyone until after he did it.
My SIL text me yesterday saying that she wishes for him to be fully potty trained by the end of his holiday with me, no problem I thought as he must be close now. I thought she may want him to toilet by himself/ with less help - I told her I would not be able to get him dry over night, as that was hormonal. She said that was fine and actually he’s stopped going to the toilet altogether. He will just wet himself or poop his pants constantly.
What’s my best approach here? Strip back to the basics and spend a few days at home, pull out the little potty? Have him go every half an hou hour?
I have potty trained before as a nanny, but never had regression issues with any of the 10 kids I potty trained over the years. I know when I was doing that a lot of parents were against “rewards” but, he’s the kind of kid that loves rewards and thrives off it. I’m not against buying a big tub of figit toys and letting him pick one after every success when he tells us he needs to go. But I also don’t want him to think he’s being punished or feel shame if he doesn’t make it.
She says nothing has happened but I wonder if he has been traumatised some how by falling into the toilet, or yelled at for having accidents. She’s not a gentle parent by any means and screams/yells constantly as she’s always in a state of overstimulation herself. Which is no excuse and I don’t agree with it. When I had him over Christmas at my holiday rental, he would burst into tears instantly before even telling you what happened/ before you even realised.
Unsure if it’s irrelevant but he was born at 30 weeks, but developmentally is now in line with his peers.

I am outraged by the disgraceful service I experienced on my recent Greyhound trip from NYC to Montreal. This journey was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to demand immediate attention to the following issues:
Driver's Behaviour: The driver’s behavior was entirely unacceptable. He yelled instructions at passengers and became visibly irritated when asked to repeat himself. This hostile attitude made the trip unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable.
Filthy Conditions: The bus was a health hazard. The toilet was filthy and reeked of a disgusting odor right from departure. This lack of basic hygiene is inexcusable, especially for a trip of this length.
Uncomfortable and Broken Seats: The seats were extremely uncomfortable for a long journey and many were visibly damaged. The bus itself was falling apart with broken shelves and poorly maintained interiors, showing complete neglect on Greyhound’s part.
Dangerous Stop at Albany: We were forced off the bus at Albany station and left there for over an hour, with no access to our belongings. The station was filthy, unsafe, and filled with aggressive individuals, making it a terrifying and humiliating experience. To add insult to injury, there were no functioning bathrooms at the station.
This was the worst travel experience I have ever endured. Greyhound’s blatant disregard for passenger safety, comfort, and dignity is appalling. I will strongly discourage anyone from using Greyhound for their travel needs.
