For a large part of my life I've just felt like I'm not good enough. I'm not sure if its just self esteem issues or if it stems beyond that. Throughout the day I'm telling myself negative things and basically telling myself "good things can't happen to me because I don't deserve them to happen". At first it was just surface level stuff like when I would see I'm not as tall as I like or not as good looking as I like but now these thoughts run throughout my head all day, especially right before bed. Also, I'm at an okay university and I keep telling myself I can't be successful because of that (ik thats a bad/dumb mindset) and just because I'm not that smart in general compared to some of my friends who are all smart and at rlly good universities. I constantly tell myself I'm a failure, loser, etc., and how I don't deserve anything good and anything good that I do currently have (for example, my family, friends, etc.) should be taken away from me and given to someone who is more deserving. For the past couple of years I've just bottled these thoughts up and they were wayyyyyy less frequent, but now its an everyday thing and I don't rlly have anyone to talk to abt it. I'm not a crier at all, the last time I cried was like over a year ago, and today I cried for like an hour and in my head just constantly apologizing to my family for being a failure and for all the problems I have caused in the past and that they were unfortunately forced to have a son like me. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?

I bought a belt probably almost 10 years ago. I think I bought it from a Haggar outlet place. Over the years, I believe it has stretched (I don't think I lost that much weight!) and I'm getting towards the last hole. It's time for a new one.
I bought a stretch belt at Kohl's in a pinch and the paint is coming off already so that was a waste.
I tried going by that Haggar but it's permanently closed. I went to the Ecco outlet and that belt looked decent but they didn't have my size in stock at that time.
Any other suggestions out there? I looked through this sub for belts and most were more casual than business. One guy was looking for business casual and ultimately gave up.

As the title says I’ve been getting less and less sleep lately, it wasn’t so bad at first yk? It was just a hour or two gone (for reference I slept 10-12 hours before this started happening) but within the past two weeks it’s gotten to the point where I’m lucky if I get 3-4 hours of sleep and I know to some that may not seem horrible but like I said I’m used to 10 hours at least and my body feels like it wants to give up on me for this, I’m so irritated and stressed out and my mood changes with the minute not to mention I have a raging headache most of the time. Anyways I keep waking up in my sleep, like 20 times a night at least and I’m not being dramatic on top of that I’m getting messed up nightmares. What do I do? I feel like I’m going crazy

I think with Astra Yao specifically and her quick swap mechanic, Grace really shines with her fast anomaly application allowing Harumasa to quick swap in and use his electro quivers and then the Astra Yao quick swap prompt right back into Grace to restart the process. I also (un)luckily just lost my 50/50 to Grace so I have her M1 which happens to give energy to all characters so it helps Astra maintain her chords a bit so that's also something. Let me know what you think.
