I have a job offer from an employer 1. They want me to sign it within 48 hours. However, I am still doing second round interviews and there is a possibility that I will receive offer letter (employer 2) within next 4-5 days.
Can I sign the offer letter (E-1) and wait for better offer? If Employer 2 give me an offer which will be better that the first, how should I decline my first offer? Is it okay to do it?

I have trip to Bangkok on Friday, and the AQI there has been abysmal. I would’ve gotten it on Shopee if I could, but time isn’t on my side, unfortunately.
My favourite type of face masks were the KN95 ones MR.DIY used to carry during the height of COVID. It doesn’t seem like they have them anymore. Does anyone know which store carries them at reasonable prices (ideally comparable to Shopee)?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice. It’s currently -1°F outside where I live, and despite having our NTI boiler installed just last year, we’re really struggling to keep the house warm. We’ve got the thermostat set at 72°F, but the temperature inside is only 57°F.
This boiler is supposed to be efficient and reliable, but it doesn’t seem to be keeping up with the extreme cold. We’ve checked the basics like making sure vents and radiators aren’t blocked, but the house just isn’t warming up.
Has anyone else experienced issues like this with an NTI boiler (or boilers in general)? Could it be a problem with the installation, the boiler itself, or maybe something we’re overlooking?
Would appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting tips. Thanks in advance!

Over the past month I have picked up two new Epi Les Pauls. The black one is a LP Custom with P90 pickups. The Pelham blue one is a Les Paul Modern. I have been really surprised at just how good these guitars actually are. I once owned a Gibson LP with P90s and honestly, the Epiphone is every bit as good. Fit and finish is great and these are not heavy guitars. I love the ebony fretboards!
I have picked up a few guitars since late November and plan to NOT buy anything for the next few years. If something breaks, fix it and play!
