2025 January 21: Dear Diary,
After finishing Death Note with my mom I realized I have spent too much time consuming content and not enough time creating art. If I don’t hold myself to some standard this could be disastrous. Just now I have written on a piece of paper some rules I should follow. The rules are such:
-Besides meditation (or music for writing), work breaks, and bed time I am only allowed two hours of entertainment from the internet (including television) a day. I should set a stopwatch to be sure. Google is not included if I am genuinely researching something or want an answer to a burning question.
-Besides my diary entries I should spend at least one hour a day writing or editing.
-At least one hour a day should be spent reading or editing.
-One hour a day should be spent meditating collectively. This can be before bed time.
-Detach from what my friends or dates are doing when I am away. They love me no matter what.
-Create.
-I should lift a dumbbell at least one hundred times or do at least fifty sit-ups a day.
-I should learn in multiple ways. Use different mediums and not just videos.
I feel these rules are good guidelines to keep me in check. I only hope that I follow these guidelines as if they were biblical. Only time can tell, but my hope is sincere. I will not treat these rules as urgent as urgency might keep me from following them. It is better to think of them as moral guidelines than rules in all honesty.

2025.01.22 00:42 Mmmmmmmcroc I wish I could turn back time. Please help me.
I was curious about how intrusive thoughts worked so researched a little bit about it. I saw some posts about people needing help with controlling sexual intrusive thoughts and that’s when my life took a down turn, Ever since I read that post I imagined how awful it would be to have those thoughts and from then on, I’ve made those thoughts my own and it’s making me miserable.
Now I see everything sexual in nature and it’s so disgusting it makes me want to cry. Up until that point I was doing perfectly fine. I regret ever reading that and I’ve been beating myself up about jt every day. If i just didn’t read that single post I wouldn’t be suffering as much as I am right now and it makes me so, so, so upset. What do I do? I don’t know anymore I have so many regrets.

 | Ok so for for the past 2-3 days now my skin has broken out sooo badly. I have never broken out like this before, don’t get me wrong I’ve had my fair share of breakouts but NEVER this bad!! I’m currently visiting my dad and was sleeping on the couch, they have blankets on the couch as well that I used to cover up at night and I would put the cover over my face and slept like that for maybe two days in a row. They have a dog as well and she sometimes jumps on the couch or touches the blankets her dog hair is almost everywhere and sometimes the blanket touches the floor and I’m not 100% sure how often they wash them so idk if it could be from that but I’m almost certain it is because any other time I came over I didn’t sleep with it on my face. I inserted a picture of what my face looks like on a regular day basis(last photo) I took pics with the flash on and off so you can really see what it looks like! Also I started using panoxyl face wash which didn’t cause me any issues but now I’m not sure. I’ve never had acne or anything. Also I inserted a picture of my chest which broke out before my face.. before I left home my face was completely fine so I’m not sure what happened. What does it look like to you guys ? Also the very last picture was taken this last Saturday! Also my chest burned and was red, it’s clearing up so it doesn’t look like it does in the photo and also as you can see the bumps on my face are red. None of this started until I got here. 2025.01.22 00:42 pbfomdc Does anyone else feel a sense of intuitive learning?
I am beginning to feel that I have spent my life learning more intuitively than the other learning styles (literary, visual, audial, kinesthetic, etc).
When I look back on my education I feel that I charmed my way through by focusing on the body language, vocal intonations and questions or concerns brought on by the teacher than the content itself.
Obviously, everyone studies for the test, but here it is all these years later and I still don’t have a grasp of some fundamental rules from the first moments when I realized I had a learning disorder.
I am thinking as a survival tactic knowing I could not learn from reading, hearing or repeating, I think I developed an intuitive style of learning because I could always perform well on tests but really didn’t know the fundamentals but instead having a clear concept of the why, how and perspective I managed to get by largely by echoing what the teacher thought was important based on their behavior.
I can only call this an intuitive style of learning and I came here to see if anyone else could relate.
