Hello, I'd like to get your advice or perspective from your personal experiences with this diagnosis.
So I'm AFAB 27y/o from Mexico(important because we may have universal healthcare but doctor are still trash in general with us poor people) and since september last year I've had chronic fatigue and ugly pain on my hips, lower back and upper back/shoulders+arms. I went to 6 different doctors and got all lab tests possible. My last doctor thought it was frybomialgia, but my current one says it most likely is ankylosing spondylitis because of the "rust" like feeling when moving my legs and the pain that sometimes i get while walking, plus that the stiffness on my hips and lower back get worse at night/early in the morning.
My xrays and a scan my nutrionist did with a fancy looking digital scale-scan-thing shows a lession on my hip (where femur joins the hip), turns out I am losing strength on my left leg because of the pain and the swelled joint there. I've found that using an umbrella or anything as a cane helps me move a bit better, relieve pain and the extra pressure on my right and overworked leg. Plus it helps to avoid not being able to move because of spikes of pain on my left side of the hip and the lower back. Should I wait to see the doctor to get a cane? Do people with this diagnosis generally use canes? Because I'm young, i don't think the doctor will allow me a prescription or "green light" to use a cane, so I'd like your opinion. 2025.01.22 00:31 ShadowSolidus01 Classic Cowboy mod has shirt and vest clipping. What do I do?

So I'm trying to make the Classic Cowboy mod work, but for some reason the shirt (specifically around the neck area) is always clipping into John and his vest. Even if I remove the vest that part of the shirt is still clipping. Makes him look like he's got the Power-Girl boob window.
At the moment these are the mods I have installed: The Classic Cowboy (obviously), the John Marston Restoration Project, John Marston 1911, QOL Artie and Johnny, John Marston Animation Restoration Creation (as well as the facial animation version), Extended Player Animations, WhyEm's DLC and Red Dead Offline (plus the online content unlocker).
I'd like to really stress that I do NOT keep all these mods activated at the same time (except WhyEm and RDO, those I never turn off). However, I've been trying to juggle between all sorts of combos between all of them and they're just not working. Is there a specific combo I should follow? My whole goal is to just have a semi-accurate RDR1 John look and it's killing me that nothing I do seems to work. At this point I'm tempted to just uninstall all mods, uninstall the game, then start from scratch. I just don't want to have to spend 3-5 business days redownloading the game and then spending another week re-installing my mods (plus the small other few I have that I didn't mention). What can I do?
