I should start by saying that I have just have started collecting vinyls, so I’m trying to get my hands on some artist’s discs that I like, in this case, Conan Gray specifically.
I bought his latest album but I want to buy the other two, which I’ll be looking for in physical stores, but right now I’ve looked for it online and it seems that known places (like tower records) don’t really have it available right now and it appears as sold out in Conan’s shop.
The thing is that I went into shop to see if i‘d find it in the usual price (ranging around $40usd, maybe more, maybe less) and I did find it but it’s quite concerning because this one caught my attention, it’s £7.70 which is like $9 or $10 usd, and with shipping it goes up to £19.70 (roughly $21 usd).
To be honest it’s ringing alarm bells because it’s super cheap and it might be bootleg or directly a scam, I‘ve seen that vinyls in the UK are usually ranging £25 (around $30 usd), which is quite a lot more than that vinyl in the shop app, I then went to the Sunny Sounds Vinyl Store official site and even went as far as reading their shipping policy (which is very vague) but it seems really legit afaik, the only problem being I’m unable to find any information about them on the internet (regarding purchases or customer reviews in general) and this lack of information is really suspicious to me, which makes me think it probably is a dropshipping scam, other red flag I noticed as I was inspecting the content to write this post is that the image looks oddly low quality in their site, which might mean it’s a screenshot or a really low download.

So, I am a Storm guy like a big Storm guy and only throw Storm, but the Hammer Effect and the Mania seem to be such a different animal and I think it’s because of that cover stock.
