 | So... I have got a bizarre idea to try acrylic powder for some 3D nail art. Monomer way does not impress me much, the smell of an "odorless" thing is still horrible, cures too quick for my pace. I mixed AP with a clear builder gel and inks... and.... oh well. I did a Cinnamoroll. Pros : no smell, customizable in color, can replace carving gels to some point, can be shaped for as long as you like until cured in a LED/UV lamp. Just bought an Xbox Series X yesterday. Brand new and sealed. Right out of the box it has this weird grease-like discolouration around the buttons. Anyone has this issue before? No other issues with the Xbox so far. It runs well.
I have tried Isopropyl alcohol wipes to get rid of them. No luck.

In July 2024, I experienced what I believe was costochondritis—severe sternum pain, muscle aches, and chest pressure. Sleeping on my back became impossible because it felt like my chest was being pushed down, making it both painful and difficult to breathe. Now I think it could be connected with muscle loss in my upper back because the sternum and back are connected.
I had 2 PFTs done: 1. While traveling abroad (Normal) 2. Another one was requested by the neuro when I shared my symptoms. She said she wanted to double-check that along with checking my intercostal and diafragmal muscle strength (Normal) 3. I developed a swallowing action that would keep me awake (like a breathing one. Now gone. 4. Right arm atrophy (forearm wrist) 5. Then left abp muscle deflated
September 2024: - Surgery for unrelated reason under sedation - Possible flare of ME/CFS following the survery after 2 years no symptoms
October 2024: - Nasopharinx started burning - Issue with swallowing water: feeling like pipe is too narrow (especially when taking sips one after another), bubbling jn throat - Feeling like food goes to the nose - Doesn't feel soft palate as I used to, something is wrong - Tensed tongue - Hypersalivation along with dry mouth - Left quad atrophy - Right abp muscle atrophy along with cramping and pain
November 2024: - water swallowing issue was gone - still getting nose issue along with feeling good going to the nose - 1 ENT scoped: I have a lot of inflammation there (dx: LPR, allergic rhinitis), 2 ENT scope (muscles and all look ok but inflamation- both said take PPI/ saline wash/ flonase -not helping
Dec 2024: - Barrium swallow normal - Modified barrium swallow - pill that imitate food stuck in esophagus but washed with a second sip- considered as normal. Speech therapist says she doesn't see stuff going up to my nose. She checks tongue strength-normal. - Upper endoscopy normal. No EOE (that can make food stuck in the middle) - Lower back atrophy on one side with a lot of pain - Having rheumatologist appointment where he checked for lupis and rheumatoid artritis, and said I was strong and there are a lot of weird stuff going on after covid and vax but he has no clue
January 2025: - ENT+speech therapist my neuro sent me to (this appointment wasn't up until April 2025, but I got I early because of cancellation. Why I had a third one? Because this was speech and swallowing center in big hospital where they are specialized on things like that). Scoped, check muscles, vocal cords all that -normal. Recommended to up the PPI dosage which not good. - Till now I still have nasty burning in my nasopharinx, feeling that food/drinks go up to the nose - Swallowing issues returned back food and water would move soooo slowly or stop and move/ bubblingin throat/ water goes back sometimes - Got crazy pains in my pubic bone, had X-ray which showed osteitis (pelvic bone inflammation) which happened because of overworking like playing soccer and things like that while I was rested for the 2 moths because I think I have ME/CFS (I can't work out because of that). Now I'm sure its related to my lower back muscle loss, because muslesceletal system is all connected and some joint pick up the load - Having hard time to seat streignt because back turned into skeleton back
Now: 1. I eat normally, no weight loss, enough of protein 2. While I was working out my not affected muscles were growing, affected one - no changes or were getting worse 3. No clinical weakness because tiredness in hand which is most affected and a lot of pain where atrophy is 4. The only test that showed something was covid spike antibody test ( I had 8800 where normal result is <0.8)
The nastiest stuff is swallowing and nose irritation.
I'm wondering how can someone can stay sane while having all this crap in 2 years span without getting any help and mo knowing what's next...
I think it can probably can be a spike decerease, but who knows

Với 21 tuổi mà nó nhồi sọ đã như thế rồi !

I have a part time student, overall a great child. Her parents are super kind but I'm worrying that the Mom will expect ongoing daily communications.
In our preschool room the teachers generally share one or two group photo and a general blurb about the day.
Our preschool classes are very full and very busy classrooms so they generally do not have the luxury to be able to send individual messages unless absolutely necessary.I mention this because this child is moving up at the end of January.
Should I let the parents know or just warn the preschool teachers what the mom expects?
I don't want too high a bar set or have disappointed parents.
