I realized today that when I inserted a finger one of the walls to my vagina is puffier, maybe swollen. It's causing discomfort down there. BV. UTI and yeast came back negative. I can't see my doctor until next week which I'll go to of course . Just curious if anyone has any idea of what this might be or why it's happening. I havent been sexually active in awhile. I don't know if it's inflammation maybe? Any thoughts.

For context: I'm 16, sophomore in high school in English II. We're reading "The Secret Life of Bees" by Sue Monk Kidd. This book is about racism and feminism. Why the actual fuck are we learning about bees. Our first assignment: 15 minutes of learning bee facts and sharing them with our classmates. Second assignment: ~450 word essay on a prompt specifically about bees. Nothing about racism. Nothing about feminism. We're not even specifically learning about queen bees, just bees in general. WHY THE FUCK ARE WE LEARNING ABOUT BEES. IM MAD.
If anyone offers a genuine reason on why the FUCK we're learning about bees I will be happy but skeptical.
