2025.01.22 01:08 REAL_Good_ShotMan EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens on a Canon EOS M10 w/ adapter? How's the performance and image quality?
I am a street and portrait photographer. For the past few days, I've been considering on buying a new lens for my Canon EOS M10. I do have a 7artisans 50mm f/1.8 prime lens but it's a manual lens. My photos are out of focus sometimes even with the MF peaking enabled and I'm tired of it. This made me consider on upgrading to a new prime lens that has AF which is why I have my eye on the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens. My intended use will be for portrait photography. I'm still somewhat new to it so I still consider myself as an aspiring portrait photographer. As for budget, I can spare around $120 - $170 (Around Php7k to Php10k in where I'm from).
I also would like to know if both the performance and image quality will improve if I do use the lens?

18f btw. my state of mind completely depends on how thin i am. if i’m not bmi 16-18 my appearance consumes my mind and so i waste time exercising excessively and dieting until i can get back to bmi 16-18. when i’m bmi 16-18 i feel amazing mentally, i literally thrive in all aspects. i’m not focused on my weight at all because i’m very confident in my appearance and so i become really productive. my life is very structured, i stick to my plans, i enjoy every bit of life. i feel good and so i do good. but it’s because the feeling of being able to maintain bmi 16-18 makes me feel so powerful, like i have so much control and discipline and like i can achieve anything. whereas anything over 16-18 makes me feel ugly and like an inferior version of what i could be. so i become hopeless and like i have no control over my life and i feel doomed and it really affects me and i waste a lot of my time.
i know how stupid and inaccurate that is, and i hate wasting so much time focusing on my weight instead of living my life. how can i change this mindset? its like an ingrained belief of mine because ive experience the proof of being my peak self at bmi 16-18 and anything over that i lose all structure and stability.

Planning to give each model 2, possibly 3 points of support. The heaviest is about 15oz, so I'm thinking whatever I use should handle 2lbs minimum. Leaning towards this or this but neither says how strong they are. It's going into a drywall ceiling, so I was thinking maybe a toggle bolt, but is that overkill? I mean a pushpin can damn near hold this.

 | Hi! I tried to talk with customer service but they said they were unable to help me. I got a pink drink for my daughter tonight. She said it didn’t taste or look right. So I shared that and it was remade. But it still didn’t look or taste right to her. She said she thought it needed more coconut milk so I bought some at the grocery store. It helped it some. My kid is still relatively young and this is h r go to drink. I just need some help with was this a fluke? Or do I need to order it a specific way due to a change in formula? I was having issues hosting a server in game (see another post by me). So I purchased a hosted server through Nitrado. I don’t know why I thought this would work better… but I did.
I’m still having what I think are the same port forwarding issues with my router.
My question is, has anyone using Nitrado NOT needed to mess with their routers port forwarding?

I've noticed that on most games that I don't surge ahead through kills, I fall behind on souls without realizing it. I end up near the bottom because I'm focused on my lane and don't make time to farm jungle.
How do you know when it's a good time to hit your jungle farms? Also, how do you maintain consistency in keeping above your lane opponents?
