2025.01.22 06:45 NoDingo993 18 month sleep regression
My baby went from being able to be placed in her crib and falling asleep on her own to screaming bloody murder when we put her in her crib for nap time or bedtime. Her nap time I’ve been having to hold her basically her whole nap because anytime I lay her down she wakes up and screams and does not stop and it’s the same thing for bedtime. We do eventually get her down at night but it takes like an hour of holding her and trying to put her down. I tried to just let her cry it out but she honestly was screaming like I’ve never heard her scream before and it went on for too long. Does anyone have any tips? Her routine did get off track a bit over the holidays so I’m not sure if it’s that or if it’s the 18 month sleep regression that I’m reading about. It doesn’t look like she’s getting any teeth so I don’t think she’s in any pain- I think it’s just a separation anxiety type thing but it really happened out of nowhere

Hi everyone. I just purchased a sauna about a week ago and I love it. My questions are about standard humidity levels. I appreciate these questions may seem really basic but I’m a newbie just trying to find my way in this hot new world.
1) At what hygrometer level does your sauna generally hover around? 2) If you regularly add löyly will humidity continually rise? 3) Are there any tips to reducing humidity when desired? 4) I heard the ideal heat/humidity ratio is 200, meaning X degrees Fahrenheit + humidity = 200.
My hygrometer has been reading about 65% steady, including when not in use. I’m from Canada and it’s the dead of winter and ice cold here at the moment. Curious if 65% is high, low, or just right?

2025.01.22 06:45 Both-Leg-2212 Told me he like me then now that I confessed him that I like him he said that's he's not yet ready for relationship.
Been talking with this guy for almost a month. Tell you he's the first one who approached me and first one to confess to me. I didn't tell him that I like him the first time he told me that because I'm still unsure of my feelings. We went hang outs and it turns out pretty well and I just confirmed to myself that I like him so I confessed to him but after my confession he send me explanation that he feels the same in some other levels but might not be ready for new relationship because of what happened to his previous relationship. I confessed because I thought that I have this chance since he like me. After he told me that he's not yet ready for relationship I didn't reply on him anymore. The next morning I woke up with a message that he's being anxious and I might take his approach as negative. He have feelings for me but don't want to jump yet into relationship that he wants to take it slow.
Should I give it a chance or just run?
