I saw a new braider and got boho knotless braids. I've only had them for two days and there is already an insane amount of build up. I think she used a gel? My scalp is so itchy and the base of the braid is still sticky and there is visible product. Any advice? Do I need to take them out? Can I wash them with a tooth brush & shampoo or will that ruin them?

I'm not going to act like I'm new to the game I've been playing for like 6 years and to this day it's doesn't makes sense to me on why people get mad at other people for for not staying back in certain quest. In this case the other tenno was doing the golden hand thing (I forgot it's name) but why would you do that in public que when you could just as easily do it in solo. Like for myself when I'm on my main account I do certain things in solo que because I know it's annoying when other people don't stay behind and wait for me to finish what I'm doing. Why would you complain when there's a simple walk around? (Irrelevant but this person is MR 17 so I feel like they should know better unless I'm wrong)

I'm applying for the Aeronautical Engineering role with an interview coming up and one of the example questions was where and how long the initial military training will be. I have seen on some page that its 17 weeks for a full-time officer candidate in the Air force, while on the ADF site on the role details, it said the IMT is the 5 weeks YOFT course and the JMET. Can someone give me some clarification? that would be great help!

So I went to the Apple store today and found out my iPad’s logic board has failed and quoted they quoted me $500 for the repair.
I was thinking I might be better off just buying one of the recent iPads instead of fixing it since the newer ones with the M chips are better than my A12Z chip machine.
I narrowed it down to:
IPad Air M2: $600
IPad Pro M2: $800
IPad Pro M4: $1000
What would be the best option? My usage would be some photo editing but Netflix and YouTube other than that. Thank you in advance!

2025.01.22 04:30 JustinDiGiulio Left Real Estate Brokerage and Started My Own. Sued over Non-Compete
Assuming I need to answer these summons in the next 2 weeks and I will need an attorney. I am in NY State/NYC and have left the brokerage I worked at for 3.5 years. Prior to that, I owned a different brokerage and when I came on board, most of my agents did too. I ran the Agent Development division and shared commissions with the agents who joined my training program.
I was "given" the role of Director of Agent Development, a role that came with NO salary, just continued to get paid when we closed deals. I was also required to develop a training program and enforce it. I did this for 3 years working Monday-Friday 10AM-6/7PM, and on-call all hours.
Over the last 3.5 months there, the brokerage did not want to make any changes I wanted to implement and the program was failing. We negotiated weekly. I wasn't making any money, nor were the agents.
Now I've left and have a new brokerage. Roughly 20 of the 150 agents in my program quickly followed. -I did not solicit or recruit them, they just liked my style of training. And truthfully, the brokerage does very little for agents.
They are suing me for an amount to be decided by the NYC courts. I've grown pretty broke working for them, so they won't get much. But I'm trying to see how much of a leg they have to stand on.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.
