2025.01.22 04:30 Longjumping_Idea5261 2020 11 in iPad Pro just died, replacement suggestions?
So I went to the Apple store today and found out my iPad’s logic board has failed and quoted they quoted me $500 for the repair.
I was thinking I might be better off just buying one of the recent iPads instead of fixing it since the newer ones with the M chips are better than my A12Z chip machine.
I narrowed it down to:
IPad Air M2: $600
IPad Pro M2: $800
IPad Pro M4: $1000
What would be the best option? My usage would be some photo editing but Netflix and YouTube other than that. Thank you in advance!

2025.01.22 04:30 JustinDiGiulio Left Real Estate Brokerage and Started My Own. Sued over Non-Compete
Assuming I need to answer these summons in the next 2 weeks and I will need an attorney. I am in NY State/NYC and have left the brokerage I worked at for 3.5 years. Prior to that, I owned a different brokerage and when I came on board, most of my agents did too. I ran the Agent Development division and shared commissions with the agents who joined my training program.
I was "given" the role of Director of Agent Development, a role that came with NO salary, just continued to get paid when we closed deals. I was also required to develop a training program and enforce it. I did this for 3 years working Monday-Friday 10AM-6/7PM, and on-call all hours.
Over the last 3.5 months there, the brokerage did not want to make any changes I wanted to implement and the program was failing. We negotiated weekly. I wasn't making any money, nor were the agents.
Now I've left and have a new brokerage. Roughly 20 of the 150 agents in my program quickly followed. -I did not solicit or recruit them, they just liked my style of training. And truthfully, the brokerage does very little for agents.
They are suing me for an amount to be decided by the NYC courts. I've grown pretty broke working for them, so they won't get much. But I'm trying to see how much of a leg they have to stand on.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Yet we aren't thinking hard enough. Its simple, if you're trans, femboy, sissy, whatever, it's ok. Whether agp is the cause of that is personal. Whether you want to integrate, trans it's ok. I personally believe integration is the most confrontational way to deal with agp. Transitioning is like putting a sparkling bandaid over a leaking gash.
Women will love you, not all women want a hunk, some like softer men, some like balanced men. Direct your sexuality away from yourself for a bit and focused on what makes women and femininity so attractive and alluring. They seem magical right, its cause they're creative. When we sell our bodies on the internet, we at least try to take sexy pics right. So lately I've crying more often (somethings in the air). And I also have been getting more creative with art and fashion, at the same time even hornier. So everything else is working ok, I'm just dealing with hypersexuality rn.

i find this too embarrassing to talk about so i’m using a throwaway account on reddit like any normal person
There’s a girl in one of my classes — it’s a small class so everyone is sort of friends — and I think she might be the most perfect person I’ve ever met.
We talk almost every day and seemingly share a lot of interest. We like a lot of the same movies and genres and even share the same opinions on film and stuff (which is my specially interest, so that means a lot), we like the same music which I learned when we were sitting around in class sharing our spotify wraps, and started nerding out over different bands. And — bear with me on this part it’s a little cringe (even though we both acknowledged that and she said “its okay, we can be cringe together”) — we like the same youtubers, I showed her art I made one time and she started literally jumping up and down with joy, we talk about it all the time she even requests I make more. Which I do. Obviously. Spent a whole night drawing youtuber fanart instead of doing my homework because I knew she’d like it. And she reposts every drawing I make. (i even almost drew her a few times but it felt creepy) But she’s beautiful too. I love her hair and her clothes and just her face in general. I’ve found myself consciously picking out outfits that look good on days we have class together because I know she’s into fashion. Whenever I’m around her i’m super self aware of how I’m sitting, and talking, and i get all paranoid on if i smell bad or not. I even find myself talking about her almost subconsciously to the point my friend knows like everything about her. I feel like I’m going crazy, I’ve never felt this way before. I even thought I was aromantic for a time because I just didn’t really develop crushes on people. But i’m also afraid I might just be overly infatuated — and i’m autistic, I heard about a thing called “limerence” which also scares me. But I keep thinking about her every time I listen to those bands, or watch a movie, or draw anything.
BUT — she’s super obsessed with her one friend, and i honestly don’t blame her because he’s super pretty and the way she describes him and how funny he is, i’d probably have a crush on him too.
And I know if I ever acted on these feelings i’d just embarrass myself, or make the friendship awkward. I have a hard time making friends as is and i couldn’t stand losing someone i actually connect with just because i was stupid.
I feel like a creep the more i think about her, but she just won’t leave my head. I don’t know maybe i’m losing my mind.
