Ever since i had sleep paralysis for basically a whole week , 5 months ago, i always went to sleep somewhat scared. Ik im a wuss (grown man 18 btw) . Then randomly after my 20 minute nostalgia sequence on my phone i started singing and humming my favorite songs, i focused on using my diaphragm to keep the notes steady and oh my god i felt so relaxed. My 85 bpm resting shut down to about 40 in a moment and i even started yawning Note that i dont suffer from any cardiovascular problems ( i workout) Anyways just a cool little tip that works for me, anyone else does this ?

I love angsty stories about unrequited love. Im looking for manhwas that follow the premise of two friends since school or college, preferably that are known for being abnormally close. One of them has to be pining for the other one HARD, but doesnt want to ruin the friendship. Then the other one gets married, so our MC pulls away which causes the married one to lose his mind.
It doesnt necessarily need to be a modern setting. I like danmei and fantasy as well.

With the federal laws coming in so hard, I’m thinking just maybe we’ll be somewhat protected here? What about passports/IDs? Workplace discrimination? Winding up in a male prison for MtF? And if, G-d forbid hormones are taken away or just not funded, would we have a workaround for funding or at least a legal way?
Hoping we have some of this, and if we don’t I’d love to get a petition(s) going and get to work with the media/protest/letters!

I have buried this with me for years but I have to let others know the risk of leaving pets outside.
This was years ago I took my pet guinea pigs outside I left them and typically they stay in the yard but this time one piggy left. She decided to leave and so we looked for her and I called the search off so we can get her the next day but when we found her she had maggots all over her.
My sister and I listened to the vet and extracted them one by one then bathed her. This is truly traumatic and has taught me so many things but please be aware.
If this happens to your pet please put them down.

So I got broken up after new years. After celebrating new years eve. We enjoyed a vacation together. After having intense love/affection filled days, he left and broke up with me couple of days later. Happy new year to me.
I was a mess. I told him off when he broke up with me, I begged him to talk with me. I patiently waited to have the closure talk, I took some edibles and was all up in my feelings, feeling everything. Friends helped somewhat, to be honest I did not share much, I was so ashamed.
Every day I was just trying to piece back what did I do wrong. Then I stumbled across a video, she said go back and analyze the relationships, see for what it was. See how much you contributed vs them, what can you do better next time and what were the red flags you were ignoring.
So I did it, and slowly the rose colored glasses came off. I noticed how I was so bent on giving everything to make him happy, he was mostly reluctant when he did and always made a fuss about it, also didn't do some very small things just cause he won't. I slowly realized I was just doing so much just to make it work, make him happy, win his approval which never came.
In hindsight, however much it hurts I am glad it happened. I do want to be with someone who genuinely wants me. Someone I don't need to win, it will be easy and organic. Or maybe I will have some more adventures out there. Maybe my life is a bunch of really cool short stories and not a long sappy ones. For all the ones out there feeling messy and messed up with.

Jag tror jag har varit i ett hvb hem (2-3år) när jag var yngre fast då var min mamma där oxå.
Har trauma för var våldtagen och misshandlad i flera år och neka till terapi flera år efter min första terapeut sluta i stan jag bodde i. Så har ba mått sämre.
Min mamma o jag hade ett fett stort bråk och hon sa att hon inte orkar med mig och att jag inte kan bo här längre. Hon sa att hon skulle typ kontakta dom och sånt och hon kmr prata med min terapeut om dehär.
Jag vill oxå asså säga ut vad hon har gjort till dom fast är rädd att jag kmr bli tvångstagen och inte see henne längre.
Hon ger mig blåmärken ibland nt ofta, krossar glass och mobiler och blir arg 24/7. Ibland det känns som om hon har ADHD eller nåt fast hon e invandrare och kom till Sverige när hon var äldre typ runt 20. Så kunde inte direkt bli diagnosticerad.
Jag har redan varit tagen och sätt i ett familjehem när jag var 6-7 och min våldtagsman/styvpappa sa att om jag någonsin prata om misshandel igen kommer jag aldrig får see min syster eller min mamma och han igen. Jag vill inte bli sätt i det heller för har 4 andra syskon och vet vi alla kmr bli splittrade för vi har bara samma mamma.
Sen jag vet min syster kmr hata mig för det gjorde hon när vi va placerade i familjehem när vi var yngre.
Om jag blir skickad till et hvb vad ska jag göra asså jag är fett nervös för ska bo med främlingar och sen utan min mamma för jag bodde ju med henne då när jag var yngre där. Är 14 nu och de bara asså har inge ork att snacka med dom hära främlingarna heller för vill ju inte vara där.
