Appreciate any advice that anyone may throw my way on this. I posted in another sub reddit but thought I might get some gems from this community.
I’m looking at a property that is listed for Auction in a few weeks time. The pics show some unfinished rooms (back to frame), coupled with some sections of the house that haven’t been touched (original condition).
After talking with the agent, I asked for some context about the rooms that are back to frame and he mentioned that this was due to a small fire in the house while previously tenanted. The plaster board has been removed due to water damage in adjoining rooms as well as a bathroom being gutted back to frame as well.
Whilst gas and electricity are still run to the house, they aren’t currently connected. Not really sure what would be involved in getting those re-established or how much that could cost roughly. I’ve requested any building inspections, insurance reports, engineering reports, along with the section 32 which I should hopefully get in a few days.
I’ll of course organise my own building inspection independent of anything else.
I’m yet to do a walkthrough but I wanted to get people’s initial thoughts and advice to keep a look out for anything I may be missing.
Is this a horrible idea? Its range is currently listed about 100-150k cheaper than a finished home in the same area, but who knows what would happen come auction (if it gets to that stage).

How are contractors and homeowners handling the oversized attestation? It’s common to see 2 to 3 powerwall 3’s go in on a single home now. This far exceeds the energy usage for most average homes. If you oversize the system and sign the Attestation agreement saying that you will add the required load within the 12 months but then the load never materializes after the 12 months is there any ramifications to this or penalty to the home owner?
Has anyone experienced this situation where a system was oversized and the load was never added to match while on NBT?

My name is Astro. I am 25 and I live in North Texas. A year ago I went through a life changing event where I was rear ended by a pick up truck going 75 mph. He was uninsured and left the scene. I then had to go into a legal fight getting my injuries approved.
I just had surgery in September for my chest. I had to have chest reconstruction where they had to sew my ribs back into my chest because they were hyper mobile as a result of me hitting the steering wheel since my air bags did not deploy!
I am hoping to meet a nice guy who can help keep me company while I read some books and recover. I also game and enjoy anime!
I have been through quite a lot and need some comfort and relaxation. Please give me good vibes.

So yes, I know the best thing to do is to go to a urologist instead of reddit. But I thought I'd just get some input before doing so. Truthfully, this fear started randomly last night going to bed and it's quite possible I'm just in my head.
I've always had a larger left testicle since I could remember. But I began examining my testicles and noticed a lump at the bottom of my left testicle. Now, this isn't just some bump. I can actually follow this raised part of my testicle from the bottom to the back with my finger. Would this be my epididymis? Or is this something I should truly get professionally looked at? From doing research it definitely feels like what would be my epididymis. But Google also says it's not usual for it to make it's way towards the bottom of a testicle. Wondering what your guys lumps felt like when you notice. Hoping this is nothing but a lesson to stay off of Google when checking for symptoms.

Hello!
I have some led strips in my house that are too bright. Instead of changing them with some lower leds/m, which would be a pain in the ass, do you know of any controller (wifi or zigbee) that would permit to dim them? The problem is the power source is not hotwired and I can't do that. Basically, I have a dumb switch that turns on and off the power source and would like to dim the strips. I looked at Shelly rgbw2, but that needs power all the time as far as I understand.

As of now, it’s the morning afterwards of trying the pre workout. I believed that I was fairly experienced in pre-workout and didn’t know really how powerful any dark labs products were.
As for my first time trying, I had gotten the tub, brand new yesterday and was excited to try it, once I got round to going to the gym, I tried a single scoop with a friend and we were both disappointed at first as the first 30 minutes went by with little to no effect, we re-read the packaging and saw that it said for advanced lifters and pre workout drinker, use two scoops so we did.
As the pre-workout had kicked in, I felt like I was on the moon, I was lifting heavy and the pump was actual insanity. About an hour in, I felt like my emotions were on a roller coaster, one minute I wanted to fall asleep and the next minute I wanted to kill someone, which was an sensation I had never had from pre before. Once my heavy chest day was over, we did some boxing bag work and were pretty finished afterwards. At this point I was experiencing every emotion but felt emotionless at the same time.
Once I’d walked home, I had a cold shower, as by now I was starting to get paranoid but the shower help this, I spent some time talking to Freinds online over text and afterwards I went to sleep. About a minute and a half of laying down I had sat up and thrown up on my bed, which really caught me off guard, as I’d never been sick from pre before. Once I’d cleaned up and when to bed in a separate room, I couldn’t sleep at all.
I couldn’t rate this experience 1-10, it was something completely different than anything I’d ever tried.
I am not going to use the pre again after being sick as the taste of the pre, mixed with sick has put me off.
I can’t begin to describe last night as I was mostly having flight or fight responses all night.
I would and wouldn’t recommend this pre, as the pump was insane but the side effects were like being hit by a truck.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS PRE OR PRE WORKOUT IN GENERAL, DON’T HAVE TWO SCOOPS AS YOU WILL NOT ENJOY THE COME-DOWN OF THIS PRODUCT.
(P.s sorry for the bad English, I am writing this the morning after all events so I’m kinda tired)
