I want to start a dialogue among American social democrats about what actions we can take to fight this new wave of fascism in our country
The thing is, political involvement is not something I see much of from the right. I don't see a lot of MAGA philosophy being to be involved with town hall meetings, join a grassroots, joining a union or otherwise. I believe if the working class can organize along these lines, it could be a major bulwark against fascism in this country
To begin with, while this isnt the whole battle, getting involved with local politics is a great start. Be this in getting involved with your local democratic party or joining town hall meetings, this is a great way to make your interests known. By doing this, you can interact with local politicians and influence their opinions by just stating your interests and beliefs.
Moreover, I think joining a union would be a great idea. While not as achievable as getting involved in local politics, if you are blue collar or in public service, union jobs are common among these sectors.
If you can also get involved with a grassroots organization, that would an excellent step in the right direction. If you are a college student or in school, there can be plenty opportunities like this for you.
Now, I am not as familiar with how this could be achievable for the average person, so I definitely want to hear from someone regarding this.

I haven't read much naruto fanfiction lately. I'm looking for well written fics from the last few years. I like fics that starts with the main character as either a genin or academy student and show them getting stronger over time. They can be an OC, a canon character with some sort of different circumstance or ability, an SI, or whatever is fine. Crossovers are welcome too, either ones where a Naruto character goes to a different world, or someone from another goes to Naruto. Looking for stuff that is either still in progress with active updates or is complete.
Would prefer no or minimal romance or shipping. My favorite time period is when Naruto is a genin or shortly before, but around when Kakashi or Obito are genin works too. Maybe when Minato's generation is if it otherwise fits.

I offered to mentor Person N, and Person N mentioned that we could do business together, for our mutual benefit.
Person N was extremely nasty and repeatedly threatened me and my coworkers. (Not physical threats, but Person N would immediately threaten and insult us when Person N didn't get what Person N wanted, even minor things that Person N didn't get.)
So I told Person N that some other people would need to mentor Person N, and I found two long-standing friends in other companies who are willing to mentor Person N, hopefully for business benefit.
Person N repeatedly threatened and insulted me when I told Person N that I found others to mentor Person N. When I told Person N that others would be happy to mentor Person N, Person N told me that I was unprofessional to want there to be a change of mentors, that Person N would harm my image in the industry, etc.
Do I let them know of Person N's insults and threats?
