Hi folks,
I requested some birth certificates to be delivered to a GCC country on New Year’s Eve, but I haven’t received any confirmation yet. The tracking status on their website shows “CASA CCI (Envoi expédié),” which I understand means it’s with the courier.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long did it take for your documents to arrive?

Yeah, pretty much the title. He hasn't worked nights in probably 30 years and even then didn't work it for that long. I'm 7-7 and on my off days it seems like I'm always tired and always trying to "rest my eyes" and that leads me to passing our for hours. I know what time I go to sleep but when I wake up he always tries to gaslight me saying I slept way longer than what I actually did. My significant other works nights to and when she comes over she usually does the same as me and of course my dad chimes in "she's always sleeping too". I confronted him about his bullshit and he played the Wie is me card and how when he was my age he worked 3 jobs and blah blah blah (combo of dayshift and part time). I woke up tonight and he printed out "comfort inn signs and was going to hang them on my door and jokingly said "did you enjoy your stay". Like what the fuck. Even when it's the middle of my work week, and my schedule is back in sync he still isn't respectful and is loud as fuck during the day and will just barge into my room to tell me the most ridiculous bullshit like "it's raining outside be careful"

Experiencing high knee pain for about 5-6 weeks during routine twisting of the leg slightly (getting into a car or plane seat for example). Sometimes even with no such twisting. Comes and goes. PT exercises are not helping, which have been only treatment thus far, excluding ibuprofen - and of course have abstained from running. Age 65/male. Not a doc. Former marathon runner in younger years. Last ten years; half marathon runner 3X/year.
Finally got an X-ray yesterday. Have not reviewed it yet with PCP who ordered it.
Wondering if anyone here is smart enough to interpret the radiology report, below in bold italics.
(1) It seems like the radiologist is not overly concerned, and may not see a source of the recent pain.
FINDINGS: Trauma compartmental osteophytosis. The patellofemoral compartment is moderately narrowed and the medial joint compartment is mildly narrowed. Tiny knee effusion. Enthesopathy into the quadricepts tendon. Normal soft tissues.
IMPRESSION: Tricompartmental osteoarthritis mainly involving the patellofemoral and medial joint compartments. A tiny knee effusion. Enthesopathy into the quadriceps tendon.
(2) Would folks recommend first seeing a pain doctoanesthesiologist? Or bypassing that step and trying to go to a sports medicine doc/physiatrist/ortho surgeon?
