I writing this as a last resort..with a heavy heart and a deep sense of embarrassment. I am a 19 year old girl reaching out to reddit as a last resort, I’m dealing with major financial issues due to an unforeseen and traumatic event that occurred at my previous place of employment. I was involved in a workplace accident that left me with severe emotional trauma. As I don’t want to get too deep into it I’ll explain the situation briefly. I was harassed and stalked by a colleague for 2 years and then S/A’D me a few months back. I now have gained some mental and physical trauma that will affect me for the rest of my life. The aftermath of this incident has left me struggling to cope with everything. Unfortunately, this has severely impacted my ability to work consistently and maintain a stable income. I am currently seeking professional help to address the trauma and regain my ability to function independently. I understand that times are tough for many, and I do not expect anyone to solve my problems. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult to cover basic living expenses such as rent, day to day expenses, and groceries. Any assistance, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated and would help alleviate some of the financial pressure I am currently facing. I submitted my application on January 16, 2025, and I need to apply for the Ireland Government Scholarship, which has a deadline of March 5. I don’t wear makeup because I can’t be bothered, I never have. I have makeup but I just don’t see the point of going to all that effort for such little gain. I have clear skin, long lashes and full lips. Camming is already a lot just to set up the equipment and I don’t have energy to do all the other stuff. The most I’ll do is wear lipstick.
