I'm building a PC with the 7800X3D, 4070 Ti Super, 32gig ddr5 CL30 RAM, 2tb ssd blah blah.
I CANNOT find a consensus on whether I should get a 1440p monitor and basically run everything at high frames, or make the most of the power and get a 4k monitor and run AAA games at decent fps.
I realise it's down to preference but I'm swaying towards 4k, with the option of using DLSS for 1440p stuff.
Please help me from destroying any further brain cells.

Hey there,
Things have been a bit rough lately. While my irl day-to-day isn’t so bad, I’ve been feeling pretty lonely now and then.
Sometimes I get these weird moments where the world just feels... off, like something’s slightly out of place. It can lead to anxiety attacks (rarely panic attacks, thankfully), but even when it passes, there’s this lingering sense that I’m missing something.
I’ve been filling the time with games (Cyberpunk, Witcher, Hitman, Portal... the list is long), books (sci-fi, thrillers, Stephen King fan here, plus self-improvement reads), movies (comic book stuff, thrillers, action), and shows (The Boys, Midnight Mass, Scavengers Reign). All of that helps, but I still feel a little disconnected, like there’s an unseen shift I can’t quite name.
One of the best ways I’ve found to handle these feelings is just talking to someone. As an introvert, chatting online is my go-to, and I’ve met some amazing people here before.
If you’re up for a conversation—about something, nothing, or anything in between—I’d love to talk. Whether you want to vent, share random thoughts, or just know someone’s listening, I’m here.
P.S. I’m in Ukraine, so time differences and work might make my replies a bit delayed, but I promise I won’t ghost.

hey. i got my nexplanon replaced 6 days ago. lost track of time and had unprotected sex. i know there's a "7 day wait". however i got my nexplanon replaced 2days after its expiration but i was also on desogestrel up until the point of my new implant. am i covered as i was on desogestrel until i got my new implant replaced anyway?

I’ve narrowed down my options for projectors below. I’m very new to projectors, so I was thinking something smaller and simpler would be a good way to start. I’m hoping to get some good auto features like zoom and keystone because I’m a beginner.
These are at the same/similar price, in the Australian market. It’s not necessarily a “portable”, as I’ll likely always have it plugged in for power. However the projector might be moved place-to-place in my small flat and room (~3m to screen/wall). Which would you pick of these, or do you have any other suggestions? Are these projectors too expensive for someone who is just starting to use and learn about them (like how to get good images, motion, colors etc?)

I love Stag’s and have been a member for years (we go 5 or 6 times per year for tastings and pickups)
