Can I just buy a SIM card and give it more space?
Or am I forced to stay within its limits and I can’t expand?

2025.01.22 09:50 Necessary-Dark4899 Going slightly mad
So, I was diagnosed with nasal polyps a few weeks back. Small one in left nostril, bigger one in right nostril. I just wanted to check that what I'm experiencing is normal (as far as these things go).
Essentially, my left nostril is fine (I can breathe through it no problem), my right nostril on the other hand feels horrible. There's a constant pressure and sometimes when I'm lying down it almost closes up completely. I started on mometasone spray about two weeks ago and a couple of days back it felt like my right nostril was getting a lot better. However, today it feels really congested again. Has anyone else experienced this? Better one day then worse again another?
I'm finding it difficult to rationalise why one nostril is so much worse and it plays into my health anxiety and feelings that something more serious is going on. Although, I think this is pretty unlikely as 3 separate medical practitioners have diagnosed it as the same thing. It's so frustrating that it felt like it was improving and then wham! Back to square one. It also seems to get better when I'm working. I have an outside job which is quite physical. Not sure if it's the fresh air or the movement that are helping. Perhaps both. It also gets a million times worse when I'm indoors. I've been trying to think whether I'm allergic to anything, but nothing has changed except from the central heating that we've been using more this year than other years. Oerhoas the dry air?
Anyway, apologies for the rant. I'm really pissed off with it today and needed to vent my frustration.

So we upgraded from fttc to fttp.
Got the new optus modem. Every now and then the router loses connection and re boots
It seems to happen mainly when my son is playing games he is connected via Ethernet to the modern.
Now when we go back to the old modem from the fttc setup it doesn't have any issues.
As soon as we go back to the new modem it starts happening Optus sent a new modem and the same thing is happening.
Anyone had similar issues??
