hello everyone I am writing here because I had been feeling bad in my body for several months but I didn't know why so I had put it down to anxiety but I had reached a stage where I could no longer move from my house because I would instantly suffocate otherwise and it was becoming really trying to just "live". I just told myself that I must have developed a panic disorder because the thing that alerted me was the day I ran to catch the train and once inside I started to suffocate to the point where I had accepted my death on the train (it was just after my period so a bit traumatic (totally)) since that day I was blocked on my breathing except that I was in a vicious body-mind circle but I absolutely did not know that I had 17 iron. My daily life was becoming so trying, stuck at home when I walked 1km I was out of breath but I put that down to hypervigilance and anxiety which may have played a role but my body was speaking to me. Every day I thought about my survival and the fact that there was something wrong with my breathing. Anyway, I don't know if when I get my levels back up I could go back to class and just live my life see friends... I hope so because I ruined my school year because of this and I'm disgusted

I’ve been there too. The books sound great — they make you feel motivated, but when it comes time to put it into practice, it’s like there's a missing piece. I also personally struggled in this aspect but then I just took relentless action (daily) and became consistent by doing small things every single day which would bring me closer to my goals, so I just want to help anyone who is struggling like I was
Reading something motivational is one thing, but turning it into action and making it work in real life feels like a whole other challenge. I've also found out that breaking your goals into smaller milestones, writing them down on a piece of paper and sticking it on your wall really helps

Hello,
What are all possible player configurations? By that I mean; everyone working together, everyone working against eachother, distributed in teams etc.
For context:
Some friends of mine and myself are interested in game design and so we thought; why not play more games and make every boardgame-day we have something to learn from. We started in late december. Our first game was Andor and the second one Lord of the Rings (Knizia), because we were interested in cooperative games and it's history. This time the group wanted to play some small games (30 minutes per game), and I thought, why not go through every possible player configuration? So a game that is cooperative, a team game, a 1 vs all game, and everyone against eachother. I couldn't think of more configurations other than maybe 2v2v2, but that's still just teams. Or maybe differentiate team games that have 1 'leader' per team (Codenames, 30 seconds) against team games where every person has the same input (Tichu, Bowling etc)
Is there any other player config that I didn't think of?

Das ganze sind Jahres-Beträge.
Meine Aktienerträge bzw. alles Depot-Interne halte ich leider nicht gut nach - daher stimmt der Part nicht ganz. Aktuell landet der gesamte Überschuss im Gral mit nem monatlichen Sparplan von 2K€ bzw. 24K im Jahr.
Lasst gerne mal eure Meinungen hören.

Säg att man slår till med en dator med ett 5090 kort, Ryzen 7 9800x3D 128gb ram and so on and so on, hur många ågen skulle det ta innan man skulle behöva uppgradera/komplettera riggen förutsatt att sakerna håller i tid och evighet
