Durham Region, Ontario, Canada. 06:15 EST
While facing east, I observed a school of white, possibly slightly yellowish, bead-shaped objects, each with a ‘tail’, moving from north to south across the night sky. They looked like fragments of something. Although each individual object appeared relatively small, the group collectively occupied a large portion of the sky. They moved across the sky relatively quickly and disappeared from my view within a minute of my initial observation.
To be clear: Definitely not aliens. Neither the stellarium app or a cursory Google search provided any information. I quickly grabbed my brother, who confirmed my sightings.

Details: this living room has windows only on the balcony side, towards the East, there is a door to the balcony + 2 doors on one wall (one to the entryway and one to the kitchen)+ one on opposite wall, to the corridor and the bedrooms, none of those three doors are aligned.

This just happened when I tested the new version of deepseek-r1 8b on Ollama with some basic query about its own CoT process as well as a random question about movie release date to see how the CoT would process something involving fetching a specific date. I was simultaneously running some pip installs on VS Code when it seems Ollama suddenly picked up on it, causing deepseek to have nonstop CoT. Was quite freaky to be honest. Anyone seen something similar? It just went on and on, the log of one terminal was feeding input to Ollama...

I know some peeps were looking for firewood and I wanted to share that AB Hatchery has wood that is ready to burn with minimal hassle. Pricey in a pinch compared to the usual place we did business with but worth it because the full truck load we had received from the former business wasn't just wet, it needed extremely high heat to get going, hours were wasted trying to get the fire to stay burning and we've used more wood simply trying to get a good fire that the savings were definitely not worth it. Very disappointing but also not the normal experience we've had over the years. I think this year was the equivalent of a bad harvest for them.
