Does anyone have any recommendations of bond-repair haircare (mainly looking for shampoos & hair masks) that are also safe for coloured hair?
Or is there any specific ingredients to look out for that prolong colour, or ones that wash it out more quickly?
I’m currently using and liking the L’oreal elvive bond repair system but it doesn’t specifically say it’s colour-safe so i’m wary to continue using it on my brown-dyed hair

I am planning on running a zombie apocalypse campaign, and maybe create a system for it. I came up with an idea of sounds and noise, that should help me build tension while not being just a description but a mechanics. My idea is that every time characters do smth, they make noise. Noise is divided into 5 categories, each one being louder than the previous one. Also, and im not sure about this, the noise might be able to stack, to create more tension and make players search for quieter solution. But, although it is, in my opinion, a cool concept, im afraid it would become boring pretty fast, if used all the time. So in that case, it should only be used in tense moments. But i dont want it to be too abstract, i need a rule to know when to use it more confidently. If you have any ideas on how to make this system better, or know of any other ttrpgs with similar concepts, I would be glad to hear your suggestions! 2025.01.22 11:45 PabloM0ntana Cable boxes being discontinued?

I was told by another customer that they were getting rid of cable boxes and that streaming will be the only way to watch. Is this true? 2025.01.22 11:45 Colden_Haulfield_ are my stimulant meds partially causing my homosexuality?
med info: 40mg Vyvanse, 5 months. 10mg adderall recently this month.
I'll clarify by saying that, I have had a latent homosexual inclination since around the age of 10. Put simply, I think this due to teasing in school, being made fun of as "gay" and etc. (unsure) There have been periods where I have had persistent homoerotic desires, such that have occured seemingly out of nowhere; despite that I don't feel sexually aroused at all (as far as I know) by men.
However, after about 4 months of Vyvanse, this has become apparent again, these thoughts; now especially with adderall. Suddenly, I am just full blown "gay" (not in a defamatory sense). There is nothing else environmental that could help cause this.
Does anyone else (who is "straight") more inclined to homosexual ideations and desires while or since being on Vyvanse / stimulant medication?
end note: It is probably worth mentioning, I have no qualms about homosexuality in itself, whether moral, religious, or whatever. As well, I apologize if my post comes off ignorant. I just need to ask .

Hey there,
I have been suffering from agoraphobia, panic attacks and recently diagnosed with PTSD since I was 12 (now 21).
Now I've tried various work things, but they all don't last long. Because I am just constantly checking myself and in a kind of derealization/panic attack loop.
I keep trying every x, but it just doesn't work out. Working from home doesn't really seem like something that's going to help me get rid of it either, so I've avoided that.
I've really tried so much...am really desperate.
