This is the 2nd day in a row now...
Back story: spent a day doing Vaughn missions in Stanton with a buddy, so with it, get a crime stat 5 - set home to Grim Hex. After a whole day running around with a CS5, we decide to jump to Pyro and set our homes there like the dirty outlaws we are. He gets off for the night and I go out to try some headhunter missions.
This is where the problems kick in: get to the mission area, ship power assignments are being buggy and unresponsive. Have my shields power off entirely half a dozen times, and powering them back on comes after about a 10 second wait before popping back off again. Full power to weapons, and it is as if I only have a single pip worth of rounds in the lasers. Decide to quickly force power down all systems and turn them back on...only for them to not come back on. Game hard crashes to desktop.
Get back in and I am back in Grim Hex, as if I never set my home in Pyro. Whatever. Friend gets back, we spend all day in Pyro again after he picks me up. Same thing as before, I go out solo, heading towards a planet, and just when I try to enter SCM from NAV...nothing is happening, ship is just slowly drifting towards the surface of the planet. I Alt F4 and try to get back in.
Wake up in Grim Hex.
Seriously making it hard to enjoy anything about the game right now.

Been a Wyze customs for a couple of years- but rarely the more wiser.
The motion zone filters don’t work, and the motion detection is such that, without paying up for the Cam+ plan, the “AI” filters are a no go. Moreover, some cameras provide real time streaming fine, but others don’t.
SUCH a time suck.
What are alternatives that I should start considering migrating to?

As the title says, I bought a phone from Canada in 2019 have been using it for the last 5 years. Yesterday my phone got blocked saying I need to pay PTA taxes. Is this an error? Can something be done?
It’s an s8 plus Samsung probably doesn’t cost much but they are asking 43k in taxes

2025.01.22 13:44 luciuslfoot Help me troubleshoot my once working ProtonVPN port forward on pfSense
I had my setup running flawlessly with a port forward and was having very good success building ratio. My fiber internet had some intermittent issues that crashed the VPN tunnel and that is now resolved, but in trying to fix the problem initially I have fouled something up during many restores of backup configs, and while the tunnel works fine, the qbittorrent port is closed.
I run qBT in a docker container (linuxserver image) on Unraid. ProtonVPN wireguard tunnel is running on pfSense with an interface assigned. I run the script to request the port on a separate linux machine. Both this machine and the unraid server are in an IP alias in pfSense that routes all their traffic to the pfSense interface via firewall rules.
I know that originally setting all this up required some fiddling and minor deviations from the official guides by Proton, but I did not take good notes. Hoping some of you can check out my config and see where I am screwing up.
Tunnel seems to work fine. (I did not know until now that WG tunnels are NOT backed up in the pfSense backup file. Now I know...)

2025.01.22 13:44 fechyy Best Adrenaline settings for 1080p 360hz competitive play
Recently upgraded from a 3060TI to a 7800XT, I use an Alienware 1080p 360hz monitor with a Ryzen 7 7700x. Really liking the performance increase but struggling to find low latency and consistent frame times. A bit new to Team Red so some of the Adrenaline settings were a bit confusing to me.
At first I had Anti-Lag on with enhanced sync and adaptive sync off but after some research I found that Anti-Lag is only good when your GPU usage is around 99%. After monitoring it I realized my GPU rarely reached the threshold so I turn anti-lag off and enhanced sync on. So far this has felt the best and also had the lowest frame times. I then tried Enhanced sync with Adaptive sync on (Anti-Lag still off) and it also felt pretty good but a little more choppy than just Enhanced sync standalone.
Lastly I tried all three on and it felt really bad, frequent spikes and highest frame times. So for now I’m running just standalone Enhanced sync on with Anti-Lag and Adaptive sync off as it still seems to run/feel the best.
If anyone has any recommendations for what might be best on 1080p 360hz that would be greatly appreciated. I play Marvel Rivals, Quake Champions and Valorant so I’m looking for things to be as smooth and consistent as possible. Thanks in advance for the help!

My sister is 25 out of work and has ADHD & agoraphobia. She stays in her room most of the day. Me and my other sister do housework and clean up regularly. We’ve tried to include her in the housework rota so she does her fair again but says due to her mental health state she can’t.
We’ve tried to push her to get into therapy, or government financial assistance which she did for a while but stopped recently because she said it was too stressful for her.
After months of back and forth about we this we asked that instead she does a £10 a month contribution for household stuff, and the bins. She refused to do this saying that it’s unfair that only she has to contribute financially.
She sent us a huge text saying we don’t take into account her mental health, and that she is really struggling. She started crying today for ages and saying that it’s like we’re doing this on purpose.
When I ask about this stuff online people tell me that mental health isn’t an excuse for not handling your responsibilities as an adult and some say that I should be more understanding. This is one of those situations I feel like I’m going crazy. I know that she’s going through a tough time, but all of us are and she still asks us to do stuff. She still will get mad at us if something is unclean. She’s making me feel like I’m being horrible when I just want a clean house. The house is an absolute mess. I try and take on the bulk of stuff and my sister does the other stuff but she doesn’t clean.

I have a finnish tunturi tiger s moped with a puch vz50n4. The kickstarter shaft is loose and the oilseal is leaking, and i cant take it off bc of the chain that connects to the small starter gear inside is in the way, and i cannot remove the starter geat cuz the screw that holds it on is very much stuck. Is the screw just reverse threaded or something else. Please help me im running out of options.
