I’m a final-year undergrad from a tier-2/3 college, and thankfully, this placement season has been a bit kind to me. I currently have two offers, but I’m struggling to decide which one to accept:
- Backend Developer at a Startup
Stipend: ₹40k/month
- Salesforce Developer at a Big MNC
Stipend: ₹1L/month
I’m inclined towards the backend developer role because it aligns with my passion and career goals. I've always wanted to work in backend development, whereas the Salesforce developer role seems like it might limit my exposure to mainstream development tools and technologies.
I would really appreciate some advice on which offer to choose. Any insights or guidance would be incredibly helpful!

39M with 33F for 12 years. When we first got together we had a very passionate and frequent sex life. For the first 10 years of our relationship I would consider our sex life to be pretty great. We keep things spicy and interesting, our chemistry when we DO have sex is pretty amazing (both of us agree), we just don’t have sex enough for my liking. She holds a very high stress job and I’m understanding, but I feel like I have to initiate our intimacy every time. Recently it’s started to feel like she just has sex with me out of obligation and has mentioned she just has a low sex drive. We are both very healthy, in decent shape, and otherwise have a very loving relationship. But ultimately, I feel like she is less attracted to me or doesn’t enjoy our sex anymore (even though she says she loves it and it keeps getting better)…so confusing. I’ve been open to her about how I feel and nothing has really changed. I used to walk in the room and she’d pull my pants off and go to town and I can’t remember the last time that’s happened. I don’t watch porn (anymore) as I lost interest in it and don’t know what I can do to feel more satisfied without damaging our relationship or making her feel guilty or forced via obligation. I’m sure I’m not alone in this. Is there something you can suggest?

I’m trying to install MacOS Ventura in virtual box on windows 11 and it keeps starting and going through the code and then panic reboots a few times to eventually open to the main Mac page where you choose to install, recover, etc. when I try to install Ventura, it’ll install about half way then open another page with a bunch of fast moving code, and then reopen the install page but this time it’s a black screen with Apple logo and the timer resets to 29 minutes every time. After installing for like half an hour or about 75%, it panic reboots again and brings me back to the Mac install, recover, etc page.
I’ve tried looking this up everywhere and can’t find anything that works. I’ve already: - set my cpu resources back to 1 or 2 - set memory to about 8gb which is half of my 16gb - set video memory to 128MB - enabled 3D acceleration - made a 100gb “partition” if that’s the right word - erased and named this partition - put in many lines a code into CMD Prompt - reset my laptop I’m running virtualbox 7.0.22 because someone had mentioned that 7.1 has some sort of 3d acceleration issue(?) that could cause this but doesn’t seem to have fixed anything.
I have no idea what else to do. I’m at the point where I’m assuming it’s the iso I’m using. I downloaded it from here: https://archive.org/details/macos_iso
Any help would be very much appreciated thank you 🙏

I got my new Vertuo Plus yesterday so I tried to run a cleaning cycle before first use and I got one red blinking then nonstop orange light and no water coming out so I shut it off and opened it again so it worked fine and completed the cleaning cycle and I made 4 pods since yesterday, my question is what was wrong ? Why I got this blinking? Is my machine faulty? Please help.

This is a recommendation post for Agaro or similar espresso machine users who have been looking for a reliable bottomless portafilter.
I have an AGARO Regency Espresso Machine and it has been extremely hard trying to find the perfect bottomless portafilter scouring internet for a long time.
Last month I ordered a bottomless portafilter from LOOMTREE on Amazon. I was extremelt skeptic about it since no reviews and looked shady. It is a china export so it takes over 20 days to arrive.
Review:- The portafilter has been a very good addition to my setup. It is really good to use albeit some problems. Extreme fine grind has been causing the spout the spray everywhere (will try a paper filter to see if it helps). Besides that it has been consistent so far, fine but not too fine coffee works great and it is a joy to see the coffee spout.

I’m a European ecom entrepreneur living in China and I recently had an interesting request from a fellow ecom founder. He reached out and asked if I could help him with professional product photos and UGC for his new products as he's producing in China and didn’t want to wait for the goods to arrive in the US to start his launch. So, I helped him out by using my team here in China to get the content done quickly.
That’s when it hit me. Maybe other ecom businesses would be interested in something like this too. I already have a team for product photography and solid connections with UGC creators here in China that we use for our own brand.
It got me thinking: could this be a service other ecom brands might find useful? Would love to hear any thoughts or feedback, especially for those producing in China.
