Hey all. I'm currently on mounjaro as part of my T2 meds. My GP advised the maximum dose she can treat me on is 5mg ( moving up to this on Friday ) . I was advised if I needed higher I would be referred to a secondary care. Am I right that this just means to a specialist in the NHS? Anyone been though this? And what's the highest you normally go up to?

I also tank but whenever I'm on my set where I have to actively lose I just instantly leave, giving the other person a win. But some people, including the person I'm battling right now, somehow doesn't understand that concept and throws in their regular Pokémon and will just sit there. I now left their last Pokémon on 1 hp and they are attacking me smh. YOU CAN LEAVE TO LOSE.

Did i accidentally SA someone
2 years ago I was at a party and there was a girl there that I knew from school. I was 16 and she was a year or 2 younger, we were all drinking and I was extremely drunk but I know damn well that no means no and I respect consent. I asked her into a room to hook up and she performed oral sex on me etc. When we walked into the room she went into a corner and it looked like i was backing her into it but i know in myself that I would never force a girl to do something she wouldn’t want to do and I thought it just looked bad. She didn’t say No or make it seem like she was uncomfortable and i thought everything was mutual. We got caught by one of our mutual friends and she felt extremely embarrassed. I checked in on her later on and asked her if she was doing okay because I care and wanted to make sure she was and she said she was good. Later on she kept hanging around me and my friends and she seemed fine and I checked on her because I didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable at all. I thought it was just a party hookup and to specify again she never made it clear to me she was uncomfortable or not interested, or not that I know of (if she had have said she was not comfortable I would immediately have left her alone I do care a lot about not harming anyone sexually). The next day she claims that I sexually assaulted her. All of my friends say that her story kept chopping and changing and I originally thought that she just regretted it and was embarrassed so she claimed I sa her. I randomly thought about it the other night and now I am worried that I accidentally SA’D her. I hate the thought of that and prey that she just regretted it and claimed SA as oppose to me actually committing SA. I feel as tho it was a big miscommunication and I haven’t really drank since. She claims I forced her to suck my dick but i didn’t think i was forcing her at all and didn’t make threats or hold her down or anything putrid like that. I full heartily didn’t think i was forcing anything at all. I can look back and see that maybe i was a little pushy or kept trying to not convince her but maybe i came across a little bold or maybe I did “convince” her at the time and then she regretted it. I really hate the idea that i could harm someone to that extent and need help and advice please

Lads. I found a refurbished Thinkpad T440s with an I5 (likely a 4200u or maybe 4300u, not sure). If I get it with only the soldered RAM, no OS (planning to chuck Linux Mint on there anyway) and no SSD (I have a 240 gig Kingston SSD lying around, I even think I have a 480 gig one somewhere) it would cost me €85. An 8 gig RAM stick costs around €15, bringing the total to €100, if I get it with 12 gigs of RAM (so an 8 gig stick preinstalled) it costs €105. Should I go for it?

 | I have configured a complication on the Iron Grit watch face of my new Fenix 8 to display Sunrise/Sunset. The basic information is clear: after sunrise, it displays the sunset time (currently 17:07), and after sunset, it displays the sunrise time. However, there is a "progress" bar around it, and for the life of me, I can't understand what information is being portrayed there. My first thought was that it's a progress bar—the light side represents "day," the dark side represents "night," and the white dot marks "now," so you can see a representation of the transition between day and night. But that's not really what I'm seeing, as the bar seems to jump around. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to read it? Have really been enjoying my Venom Shock since I got it. I usually use it as the first ball out of the bag, but sometimes there’s a bit more oil on the lanes and it forces me to play right of where I’d like.
What would be a good step up? Was looking at the Evoke, Subzero Forge, and Jackal Ghost. How would these 3 compare? Don’t need anything significantly stronger where I bowl, and was concerned some of these might be too much (why I ruled out the Onyx).
2hander, about 18mph off my hand and 350-400 rpm, so pretty balanced.
