Have you had a consultation with Dr Espinosa Custodio recently? I have contacted their clinic and been talking to someone on whatsapp (not Custodio himself), I received a written first feedback from Espinosa (at least it is what they had written) and was offered a consultation, although the consultation will me made with a Gallardo Madrid, saying he is "the right hand of Custodio" and that he performes all consultations, that dr espinosa cuatodio only performs the transplant. That didn't really resonate with me, I think it is essential to meet and talk to the doctor who will perform the transplant.. anyone else who has had the same experience? Looking forward to getting your thoughts even if you had your consultations made with other clinics.

I know this topic comes up a lot, but I've got one question.
I was able to downgrade and get mods installed via MBF. That's all good.
But how can I register my own high scores? I'm not looking for worldwide leaderboards or anything like that. I would just like to register my own local high scores.
...but I never get asked. It would be nice to be asked. Is there a way to enable these?

Hey everyone :)
Apologies if this is a repeated question, I don’t use Reddit very much.
Built my last PC aged 17, just before covid. Used to be pretty on top of stuff, and was pretty confident at building it myself. 1070, some early ryzen cpu, full custom watercooling etc.
Fast forward 5 years. have become an adult, now have a pretty great job and make a lot of money. Totally forgot my old pc existed, yet found it last year when I went home. Took it to my new city and since getting it back have played TF2 for like basically 2 months straight haha.
Anyway, it died yesterday. PSU popped. Whole PC smells of burning plastic now. The rest of the components are probably fine, but I think it’s time to build a new PC.
I have literally no idea what’s going on with the PC world these days. I guess AMD are the goats for CPUs now, looks like intel are making a graphics card comeback??
So I was looking for some advice on what would be current and on trend for building a new system. I pretty much only play TF2, No Mans Sky, GTA V. However would love it to be able to run GTA 6 when that drops.
Budget of around £1500 max.

I'm reaching out as a last resort because I’ve tried everything I could think of. My brother and I are huge futsal fans, and he’s been searching for a specific pair of futsal shoes that are no longer available in Europe.
I was super excited to find them on Brazilian sports websites, but unfortunately, they only deliver to addresses within Brazil. I've contacted the stores through email, social media, and even WhatsApp, but I’m not getting any responses.

I run an HOA management company that launched in January 2024. We've grown to manage 20 communities, encompassing about 2,000 homes. During this time, I've encountered several challenges across the communities we serve. The main issue is that many boards are unsure of their responsibilities and how to execute them effectively. I’ve learned that if a board doesn’t understand its role, no management company can genuinely help them.
Here are just a few of the challenges I’ve observed:
- Board member stress and burnout
- Escalating disputes
- Financial disarray
- Loss of community trust
- Lack of strategic planning
- Ineffective communication
- Leadership void
- Dissatisfied community members
- Declining property values
- High board turnover
What my HOA does and does not do flyer.
As a result, I’m considering shifting my business model more toward HOA consulting to help boards manage their communities more effectively. I’m thinking of creating a class—a sort of “HOA Board Bootcamp”—that would take boards through the process of effective management and the development of robust policies and procedures. By the end of the course (5 to 6 weeks), each HOA would have a complete policy and procedures book, including leadership guidance, board member onboarding, and clear expectations for board members.
This is where I need your input:
- Is there a need for a course like this?
- Would HOA boards invest in this type of training?
- If you were to build this course, what topics would you cover?
