The experience was absolutely spellbound and the visuals were an absolute delight. The whole Coldplay team working around was extremely kind and polite right from the police to the core team and guided people very well.
Jasleen Royal was like an industry plan plotted! Don't know about the other days but in the Sunday show she was horrific and I realised she is the most unserious artist when she was chewing gum in her entire set. I am not even gonna go talk about the auto-tune. Its already largely spoken.
In regards to the point above I would have loved if the organisers had planned for a proper Indian Rock band to open for them. "The local train, When Chai Met Toast, Peter Cat Recording Co or even a half decent Bollywood singer would have still done the trick.
With so much craze around for band, I saw people actually travelling from various different states and taking effort to come altogether spending tons. Huge shout out to the Bangalore peeps. They were in large numbers.
The Level-2 peeps were majorly corporates and big contacts and could barely add anything to the concert apart from a handful.
The first stands and the crowd who were standiing from the morning were incredible and the loudest.
The Merch and the food line was a major disappointment but to each of its own. Overall the show was one heck of a night and I genuinely hope the next time they come they perform in Pan India cities across so that every real fan gets to live the experience.

I noticed this years ago before I'd learnt about or even heard of the gut-brain axis.
What's the purported mechanism or theory behind it for the uneducated? It's uncanny.
I've also noticed that my body temperature drops during this period. Baseline is always around 37c as normal, often it'll will go down to 35 to 35.5.
A broad spectrum probiotic helped me hugely in keeping these flare ups to a minimum, but occasionally one particularly bad one will crop up.
As an aside.. Also worth noting that I've always struggled to absorb B Vitamins, but my test for intrinsic factor antibodies was negative. Whether it's methylated, unmethylated, folinic acid vs l-methylfolate, with the exception of a B12 injection, they won't budge. Is this the likely link between poor gut coinciding with poor brain health?

Hi All. I'm looking to refinish these kitchen cabinets. They're built-ins and the house is from the 1940's. There's a laminate which I guess is from the 80's or 90's.
From looking inside the cabinets are wood (not sure what kind). In the end I'm going to be painting them.
I've peeled a bit away and it looks to me like there's a layer of plywood and then the laminate on top. So do I try to remove just the laminate, or is it better to remove the plywood?
