So it started on Saturday as a cough. I was working and started coughing. Only once every so often. When I goy home I told myself if it's worse by the next morning I'll keep myself on bed rest. Next morning I got worse. Instant dizziness standing up and looking around. Cough got worse too with it being every 5 minutes. Eat something and can't taste it. So now I start panicking because I've had covid before and know I cannot eat without flavour. (I'm very picky). So I stay in bed until Tuesday. On Tuesday morning. I wake up and have a coughing fit. The second I cough for the first time it feels like my chest and stomach are all connected and everything's hurting. They still do. Anytime I cough now I have to curl my legs up toward my chest to lower the pain. Then later that night I feel my chest while laying down and notice a small lump just under or just next to my lower righthand ribcage. I spoke to my mother about it and she said If I'm worried I should call 111 or book an appointment if I can wait that long. It's now Wednesday. For the first time I'm feeling physically sick, my stomach and chest is still hurting and now I cough every 30 seconds.
Should I call 111 or should I ride it out in bed? Also does anyone have any tips for eating foods with no taste?

I recently stopped being friends with a girl I’ve know more than half my life, that’s not the issue though. I ended out friendship because I finally felt secure in my other relationships, it’s really complicated but that’s the long story short. The girl I consider my best friend currently is my ride or die. However I feel like I’m getting too deep. I don’t know how to explain it. I know realistically our friendship may not last long but it makes me so deeply upset to think about that, like she is one of the reasons I actually wanted to have a future for myself, she makes me feel normal compared to my last friendship and I don’t know what to do. I can’t imagine distancing myself or like getting away from that friendship, but I don’t know how to keep it healthy and not become codependent. I’m scared this could ruin our friendship and it kills me knowing me caring too much could affect things.

My partner and I recently bought a duplex to live in/rent our renters just moved out. My initial plan was to clean it myself as I have a background in professional cleaning and felt quite confident. However, upon seeing the apartment and how bad it is coupled with the fact that I am almost 7 months pregnant...I am now considering hiring a cleaner to save myself from the fumes and back ache. I just want them to do a good job so I don't have to go back over their work. I'm kind of a clean freak, so I really want it to be spotless.
Any recommendations for cleaners that can reliably deliver this? Maybe specialize in it?

So I'm in second year in a RG for Law. We get set about 100 or so pages for each module a week and that is just the essential reading. Last year I didn't really try to keep up and I got a good grade overall but some of my module grades were pretty bad. This year I've been doing ok but one of my modules is a 30 cat with just one exam being worth our whole grade, so I feel like I have to really understand this topic. Does anyone have any advice?

2025.01.22 12:54 Shagro Sorry - beginner question. If i don't open any booster packs today, will hourglasses start amassing when I hit two boosters?
If I were to not login for a week or so, would I come back to two boosters still there, and do hourglasses build up after you hit that max of 2?
