2025.01.22 14:03 GravyLovingCholo Wifi all of a sudden terrible in my house
I've got about 3600 square feet and I have 2 AC-pro's. Yes they are older, but they used to work just fine in every room. Over the past 6 months the wifi has become awful. I added a 3rd AC-pro to solve a problem in one room, but I keep finding certain rooms dropping signal. I've kept all firmware updated and changed none of the configurations.
I recognize these are older AP's, but they worked perfectly not that long ago. Do these AP's degrade overtime?

I hear a lot of conversation about how ai is killing creative professions and even journalism. I have also noticed a sentiment that if journalists use ai for their job, that means they are lazy, or can’t do their job well.
However, as someone who has been working in news websites for the past 7-8 years, I have noticed a massive change regarding employer expectations lately.
On average, I am expected to publish around 15 articles per day from 300 to 500 words each. Obviously, that’s extremely draining to do on a daily basis in one shift, especially considering that you have to constantly keep an eye on what’s going on today, find and edit a picture, add tags etc.
But now, since we can use ai as a tool to speed up the process, it’s becoming more and more common for the editors in chief to expect that. Sometimes they encourage me to do it and it’s not like I can tell them that I will do half of what everyone else does because I want to do it alone.
I do live in Greece, so people always try to cut corners here, so I’m wondering if that’s the case everywhere.

2025.01.22 14:03 StevWong Weird, game names DISAPPEARED in Steam library
There were some games which I got from fitgirl. I played them fine on desktop PC. I transferred the game folders to Rog Ally, in Steam I added them as non-steam games into the library. I found them in the library and they played fine. Strange thing is, the game exe filename first appeared as the game name right after I added them into Steam library, as expected. Then after some minutes, these text disappeared!! Now in Steam library there is completely BLANK on the big tile of this game. I cannot tell which game it is, except when I hover the mouse pointer over this big tile there is a long number appeared. I guess this is some serial number of the game in Steam? But why the game exe filename disappeared?
Also I tried to click Properties of these games to manually add a game name to it for identification purpose but then I see all the fields in Properties are blank!!! Even the execute file name, location and the starup folder fields are all blank. But the game can ba launched fine when I clicked the PLAY button. So what is happening with these weird behavior?
