2025.01.22 16:56 Stpddumidt I get sick every time I run my program
Every time I run my program recently, whenever I get to a certain point near the end my stomach starts to churn really bad and I feel really sick and end up not being able to finish the program even if I’m right at the end because I feel like throwing up. Is it just because I need to practice more? Or should I do more cardio exercises? I currently go to Pure Barre regularly and have been for about a month. Was it because I didn’t eat? My thought process on that is that if I eat then I have something to actually throw up but if I don’t then I don’t despite knowing it gives me energy; but I don’t want to eat anything at like 5am.
Anyone have any thoughts or solutions to this problem? My comp is in 2 weeks :/

2025.01.22 16:56 Maddishscience Permits in Austin, TX for an off-grid system
The city of Austin, TX has net billing for all solar installations (all solar power you produce is paid at an absurdly low rate using a separate meter while everything you consume is billed at retail with escalating rates). Obviously during the summer you are buying back your own marginal power at 3x to 5x of the rate the utility is paying you for what you produce. They also have a tiny list of "approved solar contractors" that you must use and that are all incredibly overpriced. In other words, while claiming to be all pro-solar poweanti-climate change/100% renewable power blah blah, they really don't people to do it as solar power makes zero economic sense with their net billing and overpriced installations (even when factoring in rebates). My questions is: has anyone installed their own mini-off-grid system in the city? (just to run one AC and charge cars). I am also thinking maybe a solar off-grid mini-split to help with the cooling load during daylight hours in the summer -which is 9 months of the year here!- is the most sensible alternative.

Encanto is one of the few Disney movies from this current era that is still holding up so I’m not surprised that they brought in Mirabel as early as they did. I love Encanto and Mirabel is one of my favorite villagers in the game and I’m still waiting on more modern characters too like Raya and Asha!
But do you think Disney should have waited a little longer to bring her to the game? Maybe bringing in a few more classic characters before her or was bringing her in early a good idea?

2025.01.22 16:56 mortiestrick137 I feel like I'm only an option in everyone's life and i can't get over it.
Lately my life's been a hardship. Although my friends like hanging out with me or atleast I think they do, but whenever we meet another group of people or any other mutual friends of theirs i somehow am the least favourite. And it's obvious. Even when it comes to love life I've been cheated on once and it's completely destroyed my mental health for a long time. Apart from all this even when it comes to my virtual life I've been very unfortunate as the one girl who was a senior, just they type of woman i find peace in talking to decided to abandon me out of nowhere.
I certainly don't think I'll ever find any loyal friends or even a partner and it makes me feel sick of myself because although I'm used to being on my own i somehow feel like I'm never good enough for anyone outside my family nor successful enough to make my parents proud. I feel exhausted thinking about my whole day spent alone working, eating alone in the canteen and mostly crying to sleep. Its like a never ending loop I'm stuck in.

sorry if this is just me but does anyone else feel like there has been zero clarity in this class. i just looked over the midterm and it seems fair - went to do the practice test and none of the questions made sense.
i’ve had other classes with this prof and i genuinely feel like he sets his students up for failure. i think our final had a C or D average on the multiple choice and failing grade on the ID questions. i’ve tried understanding the way he formats questions, and asking questions during and after class, but I’m genuinely lost. don’t want this to tank my CGPA.
