Vous vous rappelez de la collection "Cascade" de romans pour la jeunesse, dans les années 90? Ils avaient une couverture très caractéristique et ont apporté beaucoup de bons moments envers de jeunes lecteurs.
J'en ai lu un quand j'étais petit, et j'ai complètement oublié le titre. Dedans, le protagoniste essayait de se faire de l'argent. Il vendait des petits trucs qui traînaient chez lui à un moment, mais il a vendu une vieille marionnette à fils - ressemblant à un bouffon au sourire diabolique - et ses parents étaient très mécontents car c'était une relique de famille, alors le protagoniste allait partout pour essayer de récupérer la marionnette, avec les menaces de ses parents résonnant encore dans sa tête "si tu ne la retrouves pas, tu n'auras plus jamais d'argent de poche!! Tu entends?? PLUS JAMAIS!!" Et je crois à un moment (sauf si je confonds avec un autre livre), le protagoniste est dans le métro et il entre une femme et un petit garçon d'apparence pauvre, et la femme se met à chanter de manière atroce ("comme si elle voulait juste agacer les passagers") pour ensuite mendier envers les passagers, et le protagoniste se sent obligé de donner les quelques sous qu'il lui reste.
Et un autre, je me rappelle que c'était un livre que lisait une fille dans le bus assise devant moi, je m'ennuyais alors je regardais les pages par-dessus le siège. Un passage assez fort où l'héroïne n'a pas envie d'écrire une rédaction sur un roman, puis elle apprend de quelqu'un d'autre l'histoire de l'autrice du roman, qui y racontait sa vraie histoire. Elle avait une fille en très bas âge/ou un bébé, qui était très malade et avait besoin d'une opération d'urgence, alors elle allait partout pour demander de l'aide, mais n'avait pas les moyens de la faire opérer, jusqu'à ce qu'elle ait la chance de tomber sur quelque chose qui a fini par la sauver. L'héroïne est touchée par cette histoire tragique et elle est ensuite motivée d'écrire une rédaction sur ce roman.

My shift is on 29th and I scored 94.5 percentile in Ayjr in both the shifts and I think I will get around 97 percentile in Jan attempt due to more time For revision. But I know my capabilities, and all I need to do is Start working at my best. My target for April attempt is 99 percentile + and under 2K in adv. Seems unrealistic as I have boards and practicals in between too but now I have said it so it will happen. The thing is my chem is Almost zero but my maths is strong. - Magnesiumbisglycinat, Omega Fisch Öl, Vitamin B etc, wann nehme ich das am Besten ein? Gleichzeitig mit dem Elvanse? (Dosis ist bei mir 30mg, letzte Woche Donnerstag angefangen).
- Säuerung des Urins, besonders durch Vitamin C? Die Meinungen gehen weit auseinander wann man eine Säuerung vermeiden sollte, trotzdem braucht der Körper ja Vitamin C. Und wie schaut es mit tierischem Eiweiß und sowas aus? Wegen meinem Krafttraining muss ich viel Eiweiß zu mir nehmen, und das schaff ich großteils nur durch fettarmes Fleisch wie z. Bsp. Hühnchen.
- Mein Kopf ist insgesamt ruhiger geworden, trotzdem schweife ich oft ab oder schleichen sich Gedanken rein bei der Arbeit oder in der Schule oder fange ich in meinem Kopf an auf das völlig falsche zu konzentrieren. Wem geht das genauso? Oder ist da die Dosis eventuell zu gering?
- Einer der größten Effekte von Elvanse ist die emotionale Stabilisierung sowie Stimmung. Ich merke auch, dass ich während der Wirkzeit tagsüber sehr gut sozialisieren kann (war vorher auch gut, nur war unter der Maske ein Haufen Ängste, Unruhe, Unsicherheit, schlechte Kritikfähigkeit sowie emotionale Dysregulierung und RSD und musste mit viel Denkkraft und Energie ausgleichen). Das bedeutet dass mir Augenkontakt super leicht fällt da kein Tunneleffekt entsteht sobald mich jemand anschaut, ich kann ruhig abwarten bis jemand fertig geredet hat und viel besser wahrnehmen was gesagt wurde und sogar ruhig darauf reagieren. Genauso konnte ich gut mit Konflikt und Konfrontation umgehen. Ich merke aber, dass das ausserhalb der Wirkzeit wesentlich schlechter wird. Ich frage mich ob das mit der Zeit insgesamt mehr stabilisiert?
- Steady state. Kann man davon ausgehen, dass Elvanse außerhalb der Wirkzeit also trotzdem weiterhin Symptome bekämpft, da ja dann eh eine gewisse Menge LDX im System bleibt?

I would find out it is all a big bluff.
Now that you have read that... would I really find out or do I already know? What if I have always known? What if that is what I fell in love with?

Hi! Ive found out about the tapes and the whole stuff just 3 days ago and decided to give it a try, i just finished the 1.2 audio tape introduction to focus 10 and would like to share my experience and to see if anyone had something similar ^^. Focus 3 felt really intense for me, and after the whole audio my head felt inflated but like it did not hurt. The thing with the box i would say it really worked, for the whole day i didnt really worry about anything i put in it after listening to the tape. Today i did introduction to focus 10 and holy it was something. It all started with the humming from focus 3, it felt really relaxing to the point i started smiling, and it really tingled around my cheeks and forehead. When i was following the relaxation pattern with the counting to 10, sometimes i would struggle to breath and feel light headed. After the whole listen my body felt really tired, and it was really interesting, and i really felt weird and idk hahahaha. Hope someone had similar experience i would like to hear your stories
