When they refer to Islam as a cult, I never truly understood why. Until, that was, when I realised how truly sheltered I had been until I had left and started exploring the world on my own terms.
Everything from mixing with the opposite gender (which is absurd that this needs to be a concept considering we live on the same planet!) to listening to music, learning Arabic (taking precedence over my own mother tongue) observing some form of physical modesty and the list goes on!
Nobody prepares you for the alienation you start to feel once you detach from the cult and you have to start all over again.
Something about the religion just seems so inhumane, so unnatural and so cruel. To punish such basic human desires; intimacy, self expression, and even art! seriously? I’m glad I detached once I had the chance.

Hi, for the last month, I have been facing this hardware related error on my acer nitro 5, I have tried many things to point out the issue but failed and it has been bugging me a lot as I live in a different city where there is no pro technicians for gaming laptops so I wanted to atleast know what component is causing this issue before i meet an expert in another city.
My specs are i7-10th gen 16gb ram 512gb ssd 1tb hdd and an nvidia gtx 1650 card

I also checked the windows event viewer and the only log related to whea was showing "A fatal hardware error has occurred", I also saw that there was a RawData attribute in that error containing a hex value that some people wrote could be decoded by using a decoder that some guy uploaded to github, i tried it but couldnt get it to function properly so if someone can help me point out the affected component, I would really appreciate that, thanks!

I'm an international student, I'm considering applying to MSU but I'm worried I won't be considered for any scholarships since on the website it says I have to be admitted by Feb 1 and today is Jan 22, my application is ready I just need to submit it. However chances of getting a decision by Feb 1 are slim and I wouldn't want to waste money on it, Those scholarships are pretty important to me. I have sent MSU AO emails and haven't received any response yet. I just sent the regional officer an email and waiting for a response
I was hoping students from here could help me out.
