Hi, I am an American married to a Romanian wife and we have 2 kids. My oldest is almost 8 and speaks romanian fairly well because we try to visit Romania every two years or so and she consumes all of her cartoons in Romanian. I want to make sure that her Romanian language education doesn't fall too behind.
I'm looking for some kind of activity workbook that would be appropriate for kids 8-10 or so that works on reading comprehension, grammar, and/or math. In romanian but available in the states if possible.
Also if anyone has online resources to share along these lines that would be appreciated as well.

I’ve been reading a lot of accounts about hormone fluctuation after surgery despite keeping ovaries. I had an endo excision surgery and a bi salp (tubal removal) a few years ago and had some hormonal fluctuations after the fact. I’m set to get my uterus removed soon and am wondering if I’ll still have a fluctuation or if my body has sort of worked through the confusion already with the removal of my tubes? Has anyone had these things done in this order before that can give me insight?

Just wanted to show some appreciation to the devs and team working on this game. After the most recent update, i’ve been playing around with it more recently and while it still has its bumps, it is somehow even more addictive. I sit at work and think about what I am going to do next.
City builders are my go to games, over 1500hrs in Skylines, but this scratches a whole other itch. I’m excited to continue to support this project and the team behind it. So many options and it’s always easy to start a new map. I’m obsessed.

I'm looking to get a ballpark hourly billing rate for what any of the formal IT houses are charging for a CCNP level (route / switch) network engineer. CDW, Insight, Accenture, etc as examples of companies I like to get the most current numbers on. I realize this is subjective based on company, skill and focus of engagement, but if you know of an actual bill rate from a guy from a formal IT house, please reply with that hourly rate.

There’s a LFL near me that I swear has the BEST books. Sometimes admittedly the LFLs in my neighborhood can be a bit of a bust (and that’s OK! They’re just not my taste), but whoever owns this one is always putting out the most interesting books. I’m just curious what else they read but don’t put in the library!

hiya!
title sums it up but i've been looking to join some sort of social team sports club in brighton since being here and am yet to find anything without a 10 month+ waiting list! i'm 24f so looking for something female friendly - i can be a bit shy so maybe something with a real mix of people and not cliquey :)
i'd be interested in hockey and volleyball... i have piercings that are hard to take out so netball and anything with that requirement is a no go :D
i am also open to trying to new sports/less popular ones so if anyone has any recommendations please, i'd greatly appreciate it!!! :)

As a black female I think everything is a billion times harder because for some reason half of my culture doesn’t believe in mental health and then it’s just harder for girls because bla bla bla. I’m a ✨goofy individual✨ so anything I do that a NT person wouldn’t is just my personality to my family, yet others have called me out on certain stuff or have asked if Im on the spectrum. I haven’t gotten tested yet, and I’m still second guessing myself. I’m wondering what are different ways people on the spectrum stim to understand more, and to overthink a little more until I get my next appointment with my OT😭

I have a 2023 Tacoma with about 4K on the odometer. Got it with about 3k and I have a short commute to work so it won't get driven more than about 10k a year. I want to know what I can do to help avoid any engine wear over the long run (plan on keeping this truck for as long as it will run). Will idling 10-15 min a day help avoid any engine wear over the long run? Long trips over the weekend? Any tips would be appreciated!
