Can someone school me if I am not calculating this right?
or....Have you seen notices that seem to be not calculated right by IRS?
One client I have, tax was due April, was on extension, only paid balance in October. Precisely mailed check Oct 10 and it was cleared Nov 4;
Yet he got as i only assume later payment penalty ( only have CP501 showing thru Jan 2025) ; and when i back into it with 1/2% a month he is coming up on owing 12 months worth of penalty. How is that normal??? I checked it with lacerte - and it is counting only 6 months - which makes sense to me
Another client on mine, was deceased, and by the time we got all the things together - late payment was made again in October , return was on extension. He got a notice for 3 months late???
What is exactly happening?
I am having hard time explaining to client #1 above why he owes 12 months. Second one (executor) of course is a happier one.

A pessoa está agindo como a frase “Amar é deixar ir”, e parece estar triste e pensando que esse é o ato mais importante de amor, mas e quem não gostaria de ser deixado? Sei que amar é deixar ir, mas às vezes você não está apenas com medo de se machucar, e acaba machucando a outra parte primeiro, para você poder sair como se você estivesse fazendo o maior ato de amor, ao deixar o outro ir?
Desculpa se você leu e pensou que não estou agindo racionalmente, mas é porque continua doendo muito…

Helloo, first time owning Sea Monkeys and I'm on day 6, it looks like I have 15 swimming around or so, and they're real fun little desk companions;
I'm not interested in going too overboard on accessories (seen a lot of people talk about fish bubblers and the like) and was fine with the idea of stirring their water every day or so, can you do it too hard? I do it fast enough so it breaks the top surface and causes swishing and bubbling, usually for 30-seconds, it seems a bit violent though and I don't want to harm them by accident

For little context there is a bug for Mirage that if you have a akimbo weapon equipped and you go to revive somebody as Mirage you will not go invisible after you revive them for 3 seconds for them and you it has been like this since the weapons have been released so like a couple seasons ago I can't use akimbo weapons I can't and I'm over it please respond fix this it's a simple fix I want to use the akimbo P2020 for the special inspect but I can't and also it has cost me games because of this bug please respond that's all I ask

Been holding onto 27M Shib for nearly 3 years now and I only made +$800 when it spiked in Dec 2024 and thought oh finally some hope. I was wrong and watched it slowly bleed down to +$400. Invest $400 in back in 2022...
Shib just has too much in it's supply (589.50T) and for it to even hit 1¢, it needs to have a MC 3x that of BTC (Currently 2T). They can burn as much as they want but it'll go nowhere.
I sold and invested the $800 in another project with no burns and set supply. I've already 10x the amount in the last month and I'm still holding. Best advice I can give is just let go of Shib, it's time is over.
