Looking for some help on making a budget and casual friendly rat deck, or just like any budget friendly rat decks anyone knows. Ive been seeing that Karumonix the Rat King is a good card, ashcoat and marrow gnawer. I don't mind spending some money but definitely on a budget. A lot of things i see are easily 500+ and as a beginner with my friends these decks seem way out of our league in terms of cost and just like casual playing. Hi. I have been diagnosed with venous insufficiency. My doctor recommended wearing compression socks but I have tried different brands and they cause deep red marks on the front of my ankle which after an hour or so fade, but I only wore them for an hour or so. concerned about wearing them longer. So since I work from home I haven't been wearing them but taking time during the day to elevate and exercise.
But now I am going on a trip and I am concerned about flying and want to wear compression socks for the flight. I read in some post but can't find it again that it could be the brand of compression socks that can cause a problem.
Has anyone encountered this or have recommendation for a good compression sock that won't cause the deep indents on front of ankle?

2025.01.22 19:17 may825 Inherited Magnalite pot, very pitted and might have rust in the pits. Im not sure how to clean it or season it. It might be made of aluminum?
 | I got this from my parents, who said their parents owned this, so its possible this pot is 50-70 years old. It is VERY pitted, im guessing from being used for cooking tomatoes and other acidics often. I did use a copper scrubby at one point cuz i had some very hard crust stuck in it (oops) now i think it leaches when I boil things in it. Not ideal. Is there a way to get the (i assume) rust out of the pitted parts and then reseason it? I think its made of aluminum based on their website but its also fairly heavy. 2025.01.22 19:17 BrutherJebAIMS [PC, IOS?] [2012-2018] you play as a spaceship captain stranded on a planet with a few crew members and have to keep them alive and sane until rescue
Platforms: PC definitely, IOS maybe
Genre: Indie, narrative, survival
Estimated year of release: when lets plays were pretty big, so from 2010 to like 2018 max
Art style: pixel art, characters looked like the people in sheltered or the uncanny valley game.
Notable characters: The captain (player), a soldier, doctor, mechanic and maybe a dog.
Notable mechanics: survival elements like food and sanity, task assignment and crisis events.
Other details: this was the most gameplay heavy level but there are others with different mechanics.
The game was mostly narrative based as far as I remember, with you getting captured and interrogated by the guys you were fighting and the soldier guy losing and arm before you were rescued, although that happens in a separate level from the one I described previously. Might be more like an intro to the sanity mechanic to endure torture.
There was also a level after the survival one where the captain gets rescued and starts seeing ghosts of the people you failed to keep alive, although that is mostly dialogue I think.
I mostly remember the characters looking like characters from the other games i mentioned in the art style section, with the soldier being a black guy in a blue uniform and the mechanic being a white guy in grey coveralls. I think the doctor was a woman but I’m not sure and I think you could customise the captain but if not then he was a white guy with a beard and in a Han Solo type outfit.
The gameplay style in the survival section was most akin to dead in Bermuda, but with less events and no exploration that I remember, far as I remember you couldn’t die either.
I’m not 100% I played it or if it was a let’s play I saw at the time, maybe one of those indie impressions type YouTube channels, either way though any help is appreciated, thanks.

My partner really likes Pina Coladas and coconut cocktails in general. I would like to take them to a bar with specialty cocktails featuring coconut. I’m not too sure how to go about doing this though. I don’t drink very much myself so I don’t know the bar scene in the city well. It would be fantastic if there was a slightly intimate but not super upscale cocktail bar with signatures that incorporated coconut in some fashion. Thought I’d post here for suggestions

finally some good news after five years of no answers. My son has a neuropsych for migraines. I was setting up a follow up and mentioned my normal phrase. " if we can do it later in the day. Because if you believe in long covid I have it if not I've got a chronic issue and morning can be rough" She set me up right there for an appointment for me, he's written a book on long covid\me\cfs!!! We spent about five minutes talking about my history and drugs and supplements and she ( the receptionist) was familiar with them all! I haven't been this hopeful in forever!
