I know the LCS and LEC each have one. Just curious about what the pro’s do when they don’t scrim. I often see our guys active on solo queue, but then some days they aren’t active at all. Recently they have been, but an example of someone who isn’t on solo queue often is DK ShowMaker. Surely he still practices somewhere?

2025.01.22 19:19 Fishing_Signal Should I set up c-corp to manage rentals (lease to c-corp that in turn sub-leases to tenants)
I have a couple rental properties in California and am planning on adding a few more in the next few years (probably outside California and even US). I currently do everything as a sole proprietor, but am thinking of setting up a c-corp to manage these properties. I am on the verge of an early retirement (at 44 years old) and have the following reasons to do so
- Having a c-corp will allow me to cover me and my wife's medical expenses. My understanding is c-corp owners can have their medical expenses covered through an HRA
- I imagine easier to write off business expenses such as vehicle purchases and travel as we search for the next property investment
- Reduced liability. The c-corp would be responsible for managing the property and be the effective landlord for the tenants.
- Ability to control our personal income by adjusting the rent we charge the c-corp. I imagine it is acceptable to charge a lower rent to the c-corp than is charged to the tenants (within reason) as the c-corp will be doing all the work of posting the property, maintenance, etc.? If we can maintain a lower personal income, we qualify for cheaper health insurance through ACA.

Hey all I last saw Hadestown about 5 years ago. Admittedly it was not my favorite (had a hard time following the story) but I did love the music and my husband now has an interest in seeing it. I would like to give it another try now that I’ve had a few years to develop my tastes further. I’m pretty sad I missed the last cast with Jordan Fisher - full price tickets were too expensive and never ended up winning the lottery.
My question is, should I see it now (over the next few weeks) with the current cast or wait until after 2/18 when Daniel Breaker and Merle Dandridge join the cast? Not sure how the current Hermes and Persephone are.
Also side note question: how is Tom Hewitt as Hades? I’ve only ever seen Patrick Page who was unreallll with that voice! Does Tom Hewitt have a similar type of voice / interpretation of the role?

There is a new video posted at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZYy02X7zJY on Gallium Maltoate. They show mouse research combining it with radiation, which looks really good. The clinical trial doesn't allow it to be used during radiation, but there is an expanded access program for recurrent glioblastomas, where it MIGHT be possible (your doctor has to approve of it) to combine re-irradiation with Gallium Maltoate. So if you are thinking about re-irradiation for recurrent gbm, it might be worth showing this to your doctor and asking about it. I do not think it has been done before in people - so this is risky - but when you are thinking about re-irradiation you probably do not have many options. Gallium Matolate without radiation has been used in a lot of people and has been shown to be safe, and early results show it helps some people.
