I have an i3-10100f and an rx 5700 xt (sapphire nitro+)
whenever i play any game i get around 30-40 fps while gpu usage sits around 40% usage and same with the cpu
cpu uses 33-40w and for gpu it also uses 30-40 w not more than 42w
I'm using a 650 watts psu and don't know what the issue is pls help if anyone knows anything about it

I would like to clarify i dont know anything about cars, I recently took my 2012 mazda takuya with 99k miles and after the mechanic finding metal shavings in the oil he has told me this, he said he can't give me an estimate how long it will last
The car drives fine without any check engine light, I've never had problems with it, it has a slight idle sound, he said ill know when it's "done" when it starts rattling.
My question is, have any of you been in this scenario? And basically just ran the car until something happens. Is it realistic to possibly think I could potentially get years out of it? I can afford a new one, but as it stands I would like to honestly just run it until I cant, as the car isn't worth much anyways. Thanks guys

Yeah, the title says it all.
If you haven't played since day one or missed Ellen and/or Qingyi, you essentially have to pull for four agents, like in my case. As a low spender or F2P, you have to skip an entire previous banner to have a chance to get all four in this one, and then in the next rerun you will have the same problem. Personally, I don't care for Astra and Ellen—they just don't vibe with me, so I will try my luck with Qingyi and Evelyn.
I guess this is done for the FOMO, but wouldn't it be better if they reran one agent per patch? At least then you'd have a bit more luck to get them all if needed. I don’t know how it works in other HoYo games, but I feel like these patch agents won’t be rerun for at least two years, if ever.

Hi everybody! We adopted a puppy Saturday snd when I was playing and looking at his belly, I noticed these little bumps. Any idea what they are? They seem almost like what skin tags would look like on a person. They're not red, not like cuts, not open, no smell, and don't seem to itch him. He's an 8 week old beagle/lab/golden retriever mix.  | I know this isn't a guarantee but, I figured out how this game's gacha work. The more we pull the lesser they are going to give us something. This has been my experience so far, I have been shafted before like most players here right now because I also went all out. Made a reroll account and there's actually a difference pulling 2-3 times a day, I had degumi and yuta duped out by doing that. I think they really want us to pull out our credit cards by flushing our free cubes in the void with getting nothing, so I figured why not make them think we topped up our account and try to be patient and not act out with frustration. Good morning everyone.
I am currently in court with my landlord regarding issues in my place. He is taking me to court stating I don't take care of the place. Regardless, that is not why I am here.
At our last court date, my landlord and his lawyer started to give the court evidence which included a recording from his security cameras with audio. It was a conversation between my neighbour and I that my landlord wasn't present for.
When he showed this to the judge, it raised a flag for her, and she paused the session. She went to her chambers for a bit, but came back empty handed. We've now stopped the proceedings and have a court date scheduled to argue the legality of the audio recording.
I did some quick research online, and it appears not only is this recording not admissible in court, but it illegal and can come with up to 5 years in prison.
Can anyone confirm this for me? Is he legally allowed to record a conversation he is not apart of? What are my rights here? What actions should I be taking moving forward regarding this?

Im very blind to the point where i can only see like a foot ahead of me, and this year i was invited to anime north.
