Hey Leute,
ich bin Vermieterin einer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist an zwei Personen vermietet. Diese haben jetzt mitgeteilt dass ein Bekannter auf Wohnungssuche mit eingezogen ist. Er sucht grundsätzlich eine eigene Wohnung, aber aufgrund des Wohnungsmarktes gehen sie davon aus dass er länger als 6 Wochen bleibt.
Hat irgendwer von euch einen Rat zu folgenden Fragen: - Es gibt teilweise Personenzahlabhängige Nebenkosten. Berechne ich ab Tag 1 hier drei Personen? Oder erst bei allem was über 6 Wochen hinausgeht? - Mir ist völlig egal ob die Besuch haben und ob dieser längerfristig bleibt. Ich habe aber Sorge, dass wenn ich das zu lange dulde irgendein Anspruch der dritten Person besteht ebenfalls offiziell in das Mietverhältnis aufgenommen zu werden. Muss ich da irgendwas beachten? - Könnte ich theoretisch für den Zeitraum die Miete erhöhen? (Habe ich nicht vor, ist eine reine Interessen Frage.)

2025.01.22 15:32 banduraj High voltage from 3-phase coming into a server room during cold weather
I work for a small company and we have our own server room that hosts various equipment. Almost all of it is protected by UPSs. The power coming in is 3-phase, nominal 208v. The UPSs are also 208v systems. All of the equipment that's protected by the UPSs are rated up to 240v.
Here in Ohio, US, the weather has been getting extremely cold the last week or so (-6f at night and 8f during the day) and during this time our monitoring of the UPSs has seen high input and output voltages between 217-219v. Since this is the first time we have seen this in a while, I'm concerned that it may be a problem for the life span of the equipment. I have done a bit of research and seen that the cold can cause this, but not much about if it's a problem. This is coming from the utility so there's not much I can do about it except to maybe switch over to our generator and run off that.
So, I have a couple questions:
- Is this normal? Should we expect high voltage in from our utility during very cold weather?
- Is this a problem? Is there a normal operating range we should expect? i.e. 208 +/- 10v?
- Is this a problem for our equipment? Most of it support voltages form 120-240, so I assume it's not a problem, but I'm not 100% sure when the source is 208.

Hi, I am an American married to a Romanian wife and we have 2 kids. My oldest is almost 8 and speaks romanian fairly well because we try to visit Romania every two years or so and she consumes all of her cartoons in Romanian. I want to make sure that her Romanian language education doesn't fall too behind.
I'm looking for some kind of activity workbook that would be appropriate for kids 8-10 or so that works on reading comprehension, grammar, and/or math. In romanian but available in the states if possible.
Also if anyone has online resources to share along these lines that would be appreciated as well.

I’ve been reading a lot of accounts about hormone fluctuation after surgery despite keeping ovaries. I had an endo excision surgery and a bi salp (tubal removal) a few years ago and had some hormonal fluctuations after the fact. I’m set to get my uterus removed soon and am wondering if I’ll still have a fluctuation or if my body has sort of worked through the confusion already with the removal of my tubes? Has anyone had these things done in this order before that can give me insight?
