Hi Food Allergy Fam,
WOW! I can’t believe I’ve never been on this side of Reddit. I’ve been dealing with severe food allergies my whole life! I’m so excited to explore this page and see what suggestions people have for new food options!
I’d love to get some insights if people have suggestions or even recipes’s that I can make with ingredient lists for meal replacement foods.
Protein Bars or Protein Shakes in all honesty… something that cuts the hunger and doesn’t leave you feeling sick.
Every time I look for the store bought options they always have monk fruit or flax seeds! When did those two ingredients become so popular!
Ideally, I’m looking for something that also doesn’t use Pea Protein. I know that’s common.
Rice flower is great, brown sugar is great, gluten free oatmeal works… maybe even just infused with a lactose free Whey would be great.
Any ideas?? I want to just grab and go or meal prep options for the mid day snack without having to dive into the full meal.

So me F23 and my boyfriend M23 have been together for two years and live together. We were cuddling and I told him I like when we both sleep naked because it’s nice being skin to skin. He responded with “more like bones to bones”. I went quiet. He continued “I mean your shoulders poke my chest” and then started acting silly singing “bones bones and more bones”. I said “okay it’s enough, are you saying I have to gain weight?”. He responded “I like your body, but it’s would be nice to have more to cuddle with at night”. Obviously I got sad because I’m already insecure about being skinny, which led to him getting angry and shouting at me, then slamming the door and storming out of the apartment. When he came back I told him that his behavior is not okay, but when we tried to speak about it again it ended up with him saying “I can’t do this anymore”. I tried getting up from the sofa because I wanted to go to the bedroom, which resulted in him screaming again and taking a headlock on me. Naturally I started crying once again and went in to the bedroom. After a while he came in and apologized but very soon things escalated once again, and he hit himself in the head, told me I was gaslighting him and stormed out. All I tried to do was to explain how I don’t like when he makes jokes about my weight because I already feel insecure about it, and that sometimes it feels like he wants to change me. It’s impossible to communicate with him and I feel helpless right now, I don’t know what to do if I’m being honest..

everytime I try load gta online, it says "your save data could not be loaded from the rockstar cloud servers at this time." My question is, if a reference is not my family member by blood or by law, but two of the references happen to be married, is that allowed?

Whereas the attacker only needs to arrive at the last point, the defender needs to defend it for soo loonngg and can't really make it go backwards fast. Having to defend the load for 3 minutes while they are meters away from ending it is pretty infuriating, they feel advantaged

Looking for a nice hotel in the Clearwater area. I'm going on a trip with my girlfriend and we are both in the mid 20s. Trying to find something that has more of a beach resort feel. Most relaxing but will look for other things to do. Some things we are looking for: balcony with water view, a very nice pool, tiki/poolside bars, reasonable prices for drinks/food, beach access, and walkable to some restaurants/entertainment. I've been looking into Wyndham Grand, Shepard's Beach Resort, Hilton Clearwater Resort, and Hyatt Regency (a tad too expensive).
I have little experience in the area and some of those places have some mixed reviews. So I would love to hear personal experiences with those places. I am also aware the recent hurricane impacted some of these places. They all seem a bit similar so I am looking for advice.
Any other fun things to do in the area? We are thinking about going to Busch Gardens for a day. Thanks in advance.

What if Hitler and the rest of the Axis in Europe came out and flat out announced to the world that Japan’s actions were of her own, and that they wanted to remain at peace with the united states? That they condemn Japan’s actions and wish for peace? That they are ready and willing to do anything to avoid war with the united states?
Would the US have eventually declared war? Would they have been seen as a warmonger for declaring war on a country that (in their mind) did not wish to fight? How could FDR have sold this idea to congress and the public?
I understand about germany attacking US shipping in the atlantic and that Hitler already considered Germany to be at war with the united states but let’s say that they also decided to withdraw their uboats?

Hi, I've been reading this and other resources for a couple years, and have been roasting with an SR800 for the last 1.5 years. My roasts are generally okay, better than buying roasted beans at the grocery store. But in reading/watching all the roasting theory articles and videos online, I have a basic knowledge of the vocabulary, but where to start improving my roasts still evades me. The suggestions I find online seem all over the place (i.e. you need more time in this phase, you need less time in that phase, you need to use high heat and lower fan, you need to use low heat and higher fan). I think some of the confusions come in a difference in drum roasting vs air roasting. I also realize that there are other important variables like the bean itself, your specific machine, electrical differences, and different desired tastes, type of brew. All of those are very important. But, there has to be a general, basic starting point from which to start making changes, that produces a good roast to start from, as opposed to bad roasting profiles that just won't produce good roasts no matter what. I've created a template based on the information I've found on here and elsewhere, and I've attached the graph. I'd appreciate some insights on it. If you, hypothetically, produced this exact profile with any average bean, what would you expect? Good? Bad? Baked? Where would you expect to need to make changes, and if you're willing to explain, why would you expect to make those changes? I'd appreciate any insights to get me moving towards improving my coffee. Thanks.
