I tried to hire a developer for a web app. I was looking at the know freelancer platforms to hire someone. First problem was, I didn’t know what kind of knowledge or tech stack they need to have (react, node…) and what different components I need (Backend and Database, Frontend, UX/UI etc.). After reading a litlle bit I found out what I need so I contacted some freelancers to talk about the App. Oh man, was it frustrating, it was almost impossible to tell them exaclty what I need. How the different modules of the app should be tied together etc. This went on for several weeks!
How do you guys do it? I definitely don’t have the same motivation I had when I started the project.

So genuine question, like yes you don't have control over the demons but like with a 60ft range and the option to block off a door with the blood circle and being able to desummon them by willfully dropping concentration i don't really see it as a problem
But you've got like a 1/12 chance of getting something horrible . Like 2 Quasits is the worst, but you could also get 2 maw demons , 4 cacklers (side not wtf was wotc thinking when they did the 1/2cr demon option without making any 1/2cr demons till the ravnica book ) , 8 dretches is wild cause eventually someone's gonna fail the 8 saves not to mention the 144 hp to deal with and multi attack . The wrench is just a health sponge option and you could also get a swarm of demon chickens
Like solid options and solid spell and I don't understand why the intent talking head think it's bad
