Question about grades

We received our grades today and I had straight P’s (at HLS). This is 3.0 equivalent.
I’m wondering whether grades are indicative of how we will be as attorneys? I was hoping to do antitrust and really make a difference. I’m wondering now if I will be any good at being a lawyer or not.
Also accepting study advice. I thought I did everything “right”, but obviously, 33% of my peers did it better.

2025.01.22 18:22 Dominant_Gene The lore of fortress (and maybe all "arena" type maps)
So in a map like fortress, you have walls and even a castle. even tho you are in the dark age. i think the background lore is that both empires reached advanced ages, went to a war and almost wiped out each other. leaving them with some of their previous technology but with no means to recreate it yet.
what other maps you think have some lore to it?

2025.01.22 18:22 scoop_and_roll Do I need something to cover the back of this cabinet with outlets cut out?
Replacing outlets and painting cabinets. Noticed the old outlets were electrical taped. The electrical box is in the wall, the built in cabinet is about an inch thick, the outlets sit right over the wood. Thinking I may need to do something before I put the outlet back in?

2025.01.22 18:22 Kaori1520 I feel like I gave up on my hobbies, my project and my career plan ... is this degree of feeling lost still a common part of the PhD journey or depression?
I have Adhd and anxiety. I think the PhD process made my overthinking and perfectionist tendencies get worse. The whole process of you have to "carefully" research something over and over again, getting drafts back and fourth, doing things only to be asked to do them again and the individualist nature or work, all add up.
I think I'm overthinking my hobbies too. I am more stuck in my own head, doubting and rethinking many things. Generally, that results in having a negative outlook on my life. I can't make decisions, all of them seem wrong.
I am at a state where my hobbies are not appealing anymore, I'm lost in my PhD project and my career options if I choose to drop out don't sound good either. I'm trying to push through, but my motivation is hitting rock bottom and this life is not enjoyable. Is this just a part of the PhD journey? do you recommend I flat out tell my supervisor that I'm struggling with motivation and having no interest in my topic (honestly, no interest in anything... but that's not his business)? Or what I'm going through is best discussed with a mental heal specialist? for anyone diagnosed with depression, what gave it away?
When I mention to colleagues that I'm struggling, they say "Me too" but they are obviously still working, producing work, writing and showing up. On the other hand, I am completely frozen, no progress, I'm choosing to stay home rather than go to the office, I don't even enjoy staying home. I have nothing to show for my time, not on personal level or work.
Seriously lost. I want to be happy, my life is ok, the work doesn't seem too difficult but the lack of appetite to do anything is making it difficult to feel anything but sadness and emptiness... I don't have friends who can help me in my cohort and would appreciate hearing from other PhD'ers

I have been considering IO as an option to a network upgrade given what appeared to be its overall quality and stability. Obviously I was a bit taken aback with some of the issues that came up when v3 first came out. It appears they have resolved most of the issues, though, maybe not as fast as they should have. Are you generally happy with the current state of the software/hardware? Do you recommend it? Thanks for your input.
