Hello everyone! I’m planning to train in Thailand, but I can’t decide between Chiang Mai, Phuket, or Koh Samui. I’ve already spent a month in Thailand and have been to both Phuket and Koh Samui.
I’m looking for the best training environment with good conditions for running outdoors, clean air, a great atmosphere, and high-quality gyms that stand out. My level is intermediate, and I have experience in boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA.
I want to train for two months, but I want to make sure I choose the right gym. Any recommendations?

I just received an email from my mortgage company about an escrow analysis update. It looks like there was an escrow shortage this past year that will now bump my mortgage payment up over $300 each month. In addition, I'm at 70% disability and applied last February for tax exemption through my town. The exemption was approved, and I was told this would take effect in October2024. In my escrow analysis, it shows that my taxes have only increased, which is part of why my mortgage payment is increasing.
I'm not very well versed in mortgages, escrow, nor tax exemptions, so I'm not entirely sure what to expect here. But a $300+ increase in my mortgage payment sounds off, especially since I should now be receiving my tax exemption. If anyone has any insight or advice on this, I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you.
