I am a support main in league of legends. I do dabble in overwatch. I’m in South Carolina and just got hit with the first “snow” storm of the season. I’m working from home but turns out there’s not much to do.

I’ll start by saying I’m extremely new. I wanted to try out Dota since Deadlock has a death grip on me at the moment. My knowledge of traditional MOBAs is still pretty surface-level; I’ve only played a small amount of League prior. OP I’ve been really wanting to play Kez since he came out, but he’s never available. I’ve played through several Turbo matches, but I can’t tell if people are just banning him or if there’s another reason. I just want to make sure I’m understanding what’s going on.

2 beses na kong nascam dito when using card payment. Minsan kasi wala akong cash so nilink ko na lang yung bank ko sa moveit app.
First time ko mascam, biglang completed agad yung ride kahit di naman ako pinick up ng rider. Nireport ko to sa moveit. Pero wala naman silang ginawa. Di rin nila nirefund yung payment ko.
2nd time naman, sabi ng rider sakin may problem daw sa app. Di daw pumapasok agad yung payment pag card. Need nya daw kasi ng cash. Bayaran ko na lang daw sya ng cash. Tapos sabi ko baka pwede cancel ko na lang kasi madodoble bayad. Sabi nya wag daw ibabalik na lang daw nya thru gcash yung bayad pag pumasok na. Basta ang dami nyang palusot na sinabi. Dahil nagmamadali na din ako, sumakay na lang ako at nagdecide na lang ako na bigyan sya ng benefit of the doubt. Pag baba ko, binigay ko number ko sa kanya. And ayun, di na nagreply.
Never ko na-experience to sa ibang apps like joyride and angkas. I dunno why nagkalat sila sa moveit. Kaya as much as possible talaga ayoko na gumamit ng card or gcash pag sasakay ng moveit kasi sinasamantala ng ibang riders. Ingat na lang din po sa ibang mga gumagamit ng moveit app dyan.

After long consideration, I decided my DTQ Pokemon would consist of Feraligatr, Ampharos, Heracross, Nidoking, Quagsire, and Lugia. Totodile came quickly after around 2000 encounters. Mareep came next after a little over 11,000. I started my hunt with one game, then two, jumped to 4, and now am using 5 (I have a problem). Anyways, while hunting for Heracross I encountered a shiny Aipom after using the first headbutt on my Japanese version of SS. How crazy is that? We take those! 2025.01.22 15:45 EventApprehensive173 Is Acer Swift Go 14(ultra 5-125H) good for engineering?
Although Nitro is more recommended, Swift Go has better battery life and I think it will last longer because I need a laptop that will survive with me through college.
The problem is, I don't know if the Swift go 14 can run autocad efficiently, considering it has no dedicated graphics like nitro, but some peole think its Intel arc graphics seems strong enough.
I just want your opinions regarding this matter, thanks

2025.01.22 15:45 Tombowers2 Damaged property in criminal case
Need a bit of advice. Whilst cycling a few days ago a driver aggressively snatched my phone out of my hands as I was trying to take a photo of their reg for doing a dodgy close pass. They then threw my phone out their window down the road smashing it in the process. The police caught the driver and got witness statements. The driver is currently suggesting they’re innocent so the police are gathering cctv which hopefully exists since it happened on a busy road outside a petrol station. The police are keeping me in the dark despite telling me they would be back in touch Monday night.
My question is as my phone has been smashed up what is the process for getting the person who broke it to replace/repair. Can I just go out and buy a new one and when the investigation has concluded charge them for its value or do I have to wait? It is fairly urgent as I am currently without a fully functional phone.

The workload is genuinely whatever - losing 10 hours making bargaining proposals or doing case law research before a grievance, or hearing prep is my favourite part of the job. For me, it can be the people part. Bosses can be what bosses - I have no problem listening to them spew nonsense about whatever the issue, but what about dealing with members and officers who don’t have a trade union bone in their body? The members who call to complain and blame you for everything, who hold sway amongst a group of workers; the workers who always reward the company for their generosity instead of recognizing the fight that went into making them better; the shops which are filled with “anti-union workers”; the executives who do nothing or refuse to do more; the members that refuse to be educated, and are as ignorant as the first day they showed up; the lack of participation; the members who leverage their union for their own benefit; and everything else in between.
I went from a half marathon runner to a bloated depressed rep in just under six years of doing this work. When I was member, this work enthralled me, now that I’m on payroll and do strictly union work, I’ve grown cynical. Exercise, clean eating, good sleep, and vitamins don’t seem to cutting it. This job has eroded my working-class spirit. Any advice??
